Mt. Carmel Motel and RV is located along scenic Highway 89 in Southern Utah and is just 20 minutes from Zion National Park and a little over an hour from Bryce Canyon National Park. We have been a family operation for nearly 40 years. We also live and work on a farm and ranch near our motel that has been in the family for 4 generations. We love being able to meet wonderful people from all over the world and provide them an affordable experience in our unique farm town setting as they visit our nearby national parks. We would love to host you and your family next time you visit the area!

Policies
We require the same number of nights notice as reserved. Cancellations must be made by 6 pm the night before a 1-day reservation, 2 nights prior to 2 nights, etc.
*Multiple rooms for a single night will be treated like multiple nights.
Rules & regulations
Our RV Park is best suited for 35' and under. This is because of width, not length. We have had over 40' plenty of times, but slide-outs can be a challenge with our trees
All rooms are NON SMOKING, with a minimum $200 fee if smoke odor is left.
There will be a charge of $20 for each towel that is taken.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or their vehicles, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $30 for motel rooms and cabins. Pets are NOT to be left in the rooms without their people.
We do not have separate tent camping, but you can rent a site for tents at the same rate. They are all gravel.
This property is privately owned and managed, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
