Nightly and weekly reservations are confirmed with the purchase of the entire stay with an electronic card.

*RV units 10 years or older must be approved by management.*

Reservations can be guaranteed only with the processing of your credit card. Please note that your reservation guarantees you a site. We reserve the right to change the site if it's determined necessary for your safety and enjoyment.

All guests & visitors must check in with the office during office hours.

Please, no check ins after 6 PM in winter and 8 PM in season.

Speed limit is 5 MPH. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

All pets are required to be on a leash. Please pick up after your pet anywhere on the property. No pets are to be left outside unattended. Pets are not allowed in any building.

*All buildings are non-smoking. Do not throw butts on the ground.

*Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM.

*Please do not walk thru occupied sites.

*Proper sewer seals are required by state law.

For security reasons, notify office if RV is vacant for more than 24 hrs. We will check on your rig occasionally for you.

No mats or rugs on the grass.

No clotheslines.

Please do not leave trash outside over night. Our wild critters are on a diet.

All kids under 14 must take a parent with them to the pool. Your parents like to feel needed!

Pool hours are posted at the pool. No diving, jumping, horseplay, or glass containers at the pool.

Motorcycles and ATVs are for transportation only.

Do not park or drive vehicles on the grass.

Please keep your site and our facilities clean.

All guest & visitors assume complete responsibility for damage or injury caused by themselves or any member of their party.

The resort reserves the right to discharge any person who violates any law, policy, rule, regulation, or creates a disturbance in any way.

Campfires: 3 community fire pits for wood fires are located in common areas. Fire wood can be purchased at the office store. No wood burning fires at individual sites. Charcoal and propane allowed.

Generators and fireworks are not permitted at any time.

Propane: filling is available upon request. Please call the office and leave a message with your name and site#. Bring your empty tank labeled with your name and site# to the propane fill tank.

Driving: Drive only on designated roadways and never through an empty site.

No parking or driving of vehicles on grassy areas.

No operating off-road, all terrain, or unlicensed vehicles in the park.

Restrooms and Laundry: 2 bathhouses with showers are available for guests. Please rinse out sinks and showers after use. Animals are not allowed in the buildings. Both coin-operated laundry rooms are accessible 24/7 and are adjacent to the restrooms. Come to the office during office hours to change your dollars into quarters.

Country Barn: open for guest between 11am & 7pm. This is a family park. Please respect other people’s quiet time.
