Mont Belvieu RV Resort

If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival, a one-night fee will charged to the card on file.

Check-out time is 11:00AM. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the office prior to 9 am. All rent is due and payable in advance; no refunds.

Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, in the fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces.

Speed limit is 5 mph. This speed limit in strictly enforced. Drive safely, and watch out for pedestrians.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 6:00AM. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and property.

Pool Rules and Policies

These rules and policies apply to the entire pool area, which includes the pool, pool deck, spa and immediate surroundings enclosed within the pool fence.

The pool is open 8 am to 10 pm. Adults only between 8 pm and 10 pm (18 years of age or older). No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time.

Diving in the pool is not permitted.

No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

Pool yard gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the guests is allowed in the pool area.

The bathing load is 50 persons. Do not enter the pool if this maximum load is already met.

The pool may be used only by Mont Belvieu RV Resort guests and their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Mont Belvieu RV Resort guest.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk. The owner and management assume no responsibility for accident or injury. Persons under the age of 16 must not use the pool without adult supervision.

Parents, guardians or custodians of a person under the age of 16 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area. These policies apply to Mont Belvieu RV Resort guests and their visitors.

Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Mont Belvieu RV Resort guest's right of occupancy. The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities.

Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters. Do not litter.

Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days.

Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for long-tern tenants.

Cable TV is available at all sites.

Do not move picnic tables or benches.

Washing RVs is prohibited on Mont Belvieu property unless done by one of our approved vendors.

Vending: Ice and soft drinks are available at the Rec building. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room.

Your space: Please keep clean. No clutter or debris is permitted.

Laundry: Open 24 hours a day.

Lake Rules and Policies

Warning! The lake is deep enough that a person can drown. No lifeguard or supervision is provided.

No boats or floating devices are allowed in the lake.

No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parent, guardian or adult supervision.

Only catch and release fishing is permitted.

Pet Rules

Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.

$20 fee for not picking up after your pet or for not picking up your cigarette butts.

Dog Walk Rules

Pets are not allowed to use the area outside the Dog Walk.

Pet owner is required to clean up behind pets.

Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.
