We offer a full-serivce campground and cabins, complete with 8 prisitine shower houses and restroom facilities, a 4.5 acre lake with catch & release fishing (no permit required), pedal boat rentals, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, cornhole and horseshoe rings, and picnic pavilions perfect for a family vacation! Best of all, you will be surrounded by the beautiful Mohican State Forest. Right across the street is Mohican Adventures River Trips & Fun Center, and you’re just a mile and a half away from downtown Loudonville!

Booking Details
Premium Pull-Thru RV FHU
These sites offer electric (30/50 amp), water, and sewer, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. Most of these sites are longer than the rest of the sites in our campground. These sites are also much easier to get in and out of compared to the rest of our sites. Premium Pull Thru sites are located in various areas throughout the campground.

Premium Pull Thru Buddy RV FHU
These sites offer electric (30/50 amp), water, and sewer, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. These are unique sites within our park because they are designed to face another site awning to awning. You are welcome to book these sites if you do not have a buddy booking the opposing site, but please be aware that someone will most likely be facing you on the opposing site. These sites are all located in our middle or back RV section, and are indicated on the map with the barbell icon. Booking one of these sites will accommodate one RV. If you have two RV s coming you will need to book 2 buddy sites. It is important to select buddy sites off the map, to ensure you are ending up in the spot that corresponds to your buddy.

Chuckwagon
The Chuck Wagon is located behind the pool house. It has a bedroom on each side of the cabin. One has a queen bed, and the other has two sets of bunk beds (full over twin). This cabin has a full kitchen, and full bathroom. Outside it has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Basic Back-In RV FHU
These sites offer electric (30/50 amp), water, and sewer, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. These are small sites. The area to park your camper is small, and the yard is also small. The small yards are not suitable for adding a tent as a second unit. While these sites are definitely not the most popular in our campground, they are still capable of providing an enjoyable camping experience.

A-Frames
The A Frames are located towards the front of the park, behind the office. The main floor has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs there are two twin beds in a loft and a second bedroom with a full bed. Outside they have a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring. Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights.

Super Logs
The Super Logs are the most popular type of cabin in our park. They are located towards the middle of the campground on the 4.5 acre lake. The Main floor has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs in the loft, there are two twin beds and two full beds. Each Super Log has a deck that faces the lake, along with a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Al's Cabin
Als cabin is centrally located in the campground, near the pool house and lake. On the main floor it has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a full bed and two twin beds, and another bedroom with a full bed. Outside it has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Premium Back-In RV FHU
These sites offer electric (30/50 amp), water, and sewer, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. While these sites are back-in sites they are favorites of our frequent campers. These sites are either located in a prime location, or are larger than the Standard Back-in sites.

Century House
The Century House is a historic stone house located at the front of our campground, behind the office. This cabin has three floors, a full kitchen, four bathrooms, and six bedrooms. Outside it has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Primitive Tent Sites
Our primitive tent sites are all located in the woods. They are designed to fit one vehicle and one standard 4-man tent. You are welcome to put more, but we cannot guarantee that they will fit. Sites 520-544 and 612-636 are 4 wheel drive recommended. All sites include a picnic table and fire ring.

River Ranch
These cabins are located across the street from the campground on the river. They have a full kitchen, four bathrooms, and six bedrooms. Outside it has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Cozy Cabins
These are the smallest cabins we have. They are located at the front of our park right across from the main playground. They have a mini fridge, and a full bathroom. There is a full bed with a twin bed bunked over it, and the dining room table will fold into a bed. Outside they have a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.
Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights.

Ranch House
The Ranch House is located at the front of the campground, across from the office. It has a full kitchen, four bathrooms, and six bedrooms. Outside it has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Hillside Cabin
The hillside cabin is tucked into the woods just outside our campground. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. Upstairs it has a full bed in a loft area, and a bedroom with two full beds. Outside there is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Electric Tent Sites
Sites in the 400s & 800s are in an open field area. While these sites lack shade, they are much larger than the rest of the tent sites and allow for 2 vehicles and 2 tents. The sites in the 700s are smaller and allow for 1 tent and 1 vehicle. The 700 sites are surrounded by woods but there are no trees between the sites. These sites include 20/30amp electric, fire pit and picnic table.

Standard Back-In RV FHU
These sites offer electric (30/50 amp), water, and sewer, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. These sites are located throughout the campground, with many of them located in the front of the park. These sites vary in length and are all back in.

Camper Cabins
These cabins are a step up from tent camping. They do not have bathrooms, kitchens, or linens for the beds. These cabins are designed as an open room with mattresses to sleep up to seven people. They do have electricity, a picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire ring. There are five different styles of Camper Cabins.
Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights.

Frye's Riverside A-Frames
These cabins are located outside of our campground. They are across the street from the campground on the river. They have a full kitchen and bathroom on the main floor along with a bedroom with a full bed. The loft area has two twin beds, and the upstairs bedroom has a full bed. These are our only pet friendly cabins ($50/ pet). These cabins have a back porch that overlooks the river, along with a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring.
Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights.

Policies
CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY
Campsites cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee. Sites cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 7 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy.
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY
Cabins cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cabins cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy.
CHECK IN - You are welcome to check-in between 2pm and office closing (office hours vary). Early arrival typically results in excessive waiting. If you will be late, please call the office to arrange a late check in.
CHECK OUT - You must be checked out of your site by noon. Failure to check out by noon will result in an extra nights payment charged to the card on file.
WRISTBANDS - All Mohican Adventures guests are required to wear a wristband during their stay. Wristbands are given to the first person in the group to check in. Wristbands determine that you are not trespassing on our property, as well as provide a discount at the Canoe Livery and Fun Center.
OCCUPANCY - Sites hold a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. Maximum occupancy noncompliance will result in eviction. There must be one person 18 or older actually staying on the site.
FULL HOOKUP SITES - There is a maximum of one RV and one tent per site. RV sites must have a RV on site. An RV site can not be reserved for a tent.
TENT SITES - There is a maximum of two tents allowed on open field sites (400s & 800s). There is a maximum of one tent allowed on wooded sites (500s, 600s, 700s)
VISITORS - Day visitors are not allowed in our campground. Every guest must stay for a minimum of two nights and be pre-registered.
PETS - Pets are welcome on all campsites, as long as they are cleaned up after, leashed, and never left unattended. Pets are strictly prohibited in all cabins and buildings.
QUIET TIME - 11pm - 7am are quiet hours. There will be no screaming or loud music. All noise must be contained to your site. Eviction will result without refund.
GROUND FIRES - Ground fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only. All fires must be out by 12:30am. Please make sure your fire is fully out before leaving it unattended.
CHILDREN - All children are the responsibility of their parents and must be attended to at all times. You will be held responsible for your child's safety and actions. Children under 18 must be at their site, under their parents supervision from dark to 7am the next day. Children are not allowed in the pool house without adult supervision, as there is no lifeguard on duty making children the sole responsibility of their parents.
VEHICLES - The maximum number of vehicles per site varies depending on site size and size of camping unit. Most RV and open field tent sites will hold a maximum of two vehicles, and most wooded tent sites will hold a maximum of one vehicle. There is overflow parking available. All vehicles must be registered with car passes displayed.
GOLF CARTS ETC. - Golf carts, ATV’s, UTV’s, and motorized scooters are prohibited within the campground. Motorcycles and motorbikes are to be used as primary transportation only and are confined to roads. You must have a valid driver's license and insurance to drive motorized vehicles in or around the campground.
CLEANING - Each site needs to be kept free of loose materials that will cause litter. Trash should be placed in the dumpsters upon check out. If excessive cleaning of your site is required, a cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
NATURE - Camping is an outdoor experience and we are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property of any kind. We do not give refunds for any pest discomfort issues. There are trees, water, poisonous plants, and everything in between in our area.
