Mississippi Clarkco State Park by Tentrr

Campers can participate in many outdoor activities including boating, fishing, and hiking. Explore the 5-mile nature trail and enjoy Ivy Lake, a beautiful body 65-acre body of clear blue water that is a perfect destination for paddlers and anglers. There is a boat launch and Ivy Lake offers good fishing year-round. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. Clarkco also features a 9-hole disc golf course and swimming beach.

Watchtower A - The Watchtower A campsite is located approximately 1 mile from the park entrance and features a view of Ivy Lake. It is a hike-in site. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Woodland B - Woodland B, as the name implies, is a wooded campsite with partial shade. It is located approximately 1 mile from the park entrance. This is a double campsite which is great for families, two couples or a group of friends as it can accommodate up to 12 campers. There are two safari platform tents, each with a queen bed and 2 pop-up tents which can accommodate up to 8 additional campers. Picnic tables, 2 firepits and four Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Lakeview C - The Lakeview C campsite is located approximately 1 mile from the park entrance and features a view of Ivy Lake. Your hike-in campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Highridge D - located approximately 2 miles from the park entrance and is perched atop a ridge. It's a hike-in site. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities. 3/15/22 Update - the park recently conducted a controlled burn near this campsite as part of park maintenance and safety precautions.

Trailside E - located approximately 3 miles from the park entrance. It is a hike-in site and the approach from your parking spot is a grassy path with a distance of approximately 0.5 mile. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Trailside F - located approximately 3 miles from the park entrance. It is a drive-in site. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Highridge G - located approximately 3 miles from the park entrance. It is a drive-in site. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to modern bathhouses for showers and restroom facilities.

Lakeview H - campsite offers campers privacy paired with a nice view of Ivy Lake. The partially shaded campsite is about 1 mile from the park entrance. You will park your vehicle in a nearby parking lot and then will have a brief hike-in of approximately 100 ft. to the tent. Your campsite features a 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. Campers will have access to a modern bathhouse for showers and restroom facilities. This bathhouse is adjacent to the lot where you will be parking your car. This campsite has good cellular signal and campers who need access to Wifi can stop by the Park Lodge.
