Mesa Gardens RV Park

Thank you for being our Guest at Mesa Gardens RV Park! To help make your visit a pleasant experience for you and other guests, we ask that you abide by the following rules:

ARRIVAL: Check-in is at 3pm

DEPARTURE: Check-out is at 11:00 am

GUESTS/VISITORS

1.) All guests and visitors must register at the main office upon arrival. There may be an added charge for visitors. Guests and their visitors use the park facilities at their own risk.

2.) Guests and visitors are the direct responsibility of the registered party; including minors. Failure of guests and/or visitors to adhere to any of the rules of the park may lead to the removal of the entire party from the RV park without a refund.

3.) Visitors must exit the park by 10:00 pm

4.) Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means no conversation, loud music, generators and/or anything else that might disturb the guests around the Park.

5.) Mesa Gardens RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage of any property.

6.) For safety reasons, all children should be supervised at all times and specifically at his/her site between these hours. All children 12 years-old or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

7.) Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children and/or children visiting them at the park.

VEHICLES:

1.) The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH at all times and all vehicles, including golf carts, ATVs and bicycles, must be driven on roads only.

2.) Overflow parking is permitted only in authorized spaces. Each site has enough room for two vehicles. Management approval is required for parking more than two vehicles on your site.

3.) Overnight parking alongside any of the roads in the park is not permitted.

4.) All vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles must be registered and have current tags.

PETS:

1.) Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times. Leashes should be no longer than 6 feet. Maximum of two pets per site.

2.) Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings.

3.) You must clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in a pet cleaning fee of $25. Repeat offenders will be required to leave without a refund.

4.) Pets may never be left unattended anywhere on the property.

5.) Guests are required to have proof of pet vaccinations.

6.) We reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets, and do not allow the following breeds:

7.) Wildlife such as Javelina do enter the Park. Do not attempt to engage with them in any way as they could become aggressive. Simply observe them in their natural state and leave them alone. Always be mindful of small children and pets. Do not store food outside and properly dispose of all garbage and pet waste.

SITES:

1.) It is the guest’s responsibility to keep their site clean and in an orderly fashion.

2.) For your convenience, 2 trash dumpsters are located in the park. Please refer to the park map for locations.

3.) Moving from site to site without prior approval is prohibited.

4.) In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability.

5.) Free-standing refrigerators, freezers, or other household appliances are not permitted on sites.

6.) Do not put any nails or screws in any tree, picnic table or posts. Clotheslines are not allowed.

7.) Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site only. Public display of alcohol is discouraged. Open alcohol should to be in a cup or other insulating device. Public displays of drunkenness is prohibited and will result in expulsion from the park without a refund.

8.) Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

9.) The use of profanity is prohibited.

10.) Brandishing firearms is prohibited.

11.) Please dispose of cigarette butts. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $25. Repeat offenders will be required to leave without a refund.

12.) Smoking is not permitted in any of the park buildings, or any common roofed areas.

13.) All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring or sewer donut for sanitation purposes.

14.) Please do not remove back flow preventers from any hose bibs.

15.) Barbecue grills are allowed at your site.

16.) Camp fires are allowed in designated fire pits only.

17.) No tents, canopies, festival tents, popups, temporary parking structures or anything similar is allowed on any of the sites.

Permitted and non-permitted items at your site:

Management approval for one deck in good repair and not permanently attached, Management approval for one shed, not larger than 8’x10’. Color must be beige or white. The unit must be code compliant and working CO2 and fire alarms, One patio set in good condition, Two potted plants, Two garden flags, One gas or charcoal grill, One propane firepit, NO pet pens or enclosures are permitted on site. Garbage, refuse, boxes, bins, garbage cans, broken items, propane or other tanks, bottles, jugs etc... or any other debris are not permitted on your site. Pet waste is not allowed on your site. Worksite equipment and/or worksite materials are prohibited. Non-working and/or non-registered vehicles are prohibited.

Management reserves the right to have anyone removed from the park without a refund if they have violated any of the above rules.

Although we are not a post office, mail and package service is available for our monthly guests.

In the event that you encounter an issue or notice something in need of repair, please report it to the office manager immediately.
