Marshall RV Park

Marshall RV Park is privately owned. All individuals accepting camping privileges understand they hereby release the Park, it’s owners and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property or personal injury or to any family member or guest of the person registering arising out of any use of park facilities or acts of God (weather, wind, rain, hail, trees, etc.) occurring during your stay. Use of any areas outside the RV area are at the individuals own risk. If your RV is being stored here the same clauses apply. 

PLEASE OBSERVE ALL SPEED LIMITS IN THE PARK posted at 10 mph in the park.

Check-in is at 2PM - 8PM or earlier by appointment. If those times are not convenient, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Check-out is at NOON.

No refunds for early departure

Commercial video/photography is conducted here. You may be filmed or photographed and your image may be used in advertising to promote the campground or campground events and activities. Registering at our campground constitutes your consent for us to use any pictures or videos we deem appropriate without payment, inspection, or review. If you want your likeness not used, please remove yourself from the situation being photographed.

We reserve the right to refuse service. Those publicly drunk, disobeying the rules, or creating a disturbance with other campers will be removed from the park without refund.

NO SWIMMING in the pond.

Pet Policy: No aggressive pets allowed. Any animal that shows aggression will result in the owner being asked to leave the park. Watch your pet and keep them leashed at all times while outside. You must clean up after your pets. Excessive barking, not picking up after a dog or any signs of aggression will not be tolerated. ALL dogs must be leashed and picked up after anywhere in the park. No outside kennels or tie out lines are permitted.

Guests of campers must check in at the office or phone prior to entering the park. Extra overnight guests, $2 each.

Quiet time is from dark to 8 AM. Loud or annoying noises not permitted at any time.

Campfires are allowed in fire rings or BBQ’s only. State laws often impose burn bans. Please check with office before lighting fires.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by parent at all times.

Pets must be approved by management, leashed and pick up after. No kennels or tie out ropes.

ATV’s, dirt bikes or motorbikes NOT permitted. Motorcycles are permitted to your site only. No off-roading.

RV and car washing require a permit. You may obtain from management. Permits are not guaranteed upon request. No car repairs on site.

Clotheslines not allowed.

No tents, please.

A plastic sewer elbow or rubber donut must be used to connect to sewer lines.

Fireworks and air or pellet guns are NOT permitted at any time.

Posted speed limit is 10 MPH within the park.

No personal items are to be stored outside your RV. Lawn chairs, BBQ, and satellite antennas are fine. Anything stored or parked in adjoining sites will incur an additional charge.

Please park only where designated and never on grass. If you have more than one vehicle, please inquire where to park extras.

Note dumpster location and please do not leave garbage bags outside your RV.

All registered guests and visitors use the park at your own risk.

No smoking in any common area buildings. (Laundry, bathrooms, etc.)

Owners and Managers are not responsible for any loss or injury due to theft, fire, accident, falling trees, flood, electrical surges, etc. while at the park. Management reserves the right to eject anyone for behavior detrimental to the park or its guests or for not complying with these guidelines, without refund. Sorry, NO REFUNDS.
