Cancellations
Marina Del Rey Resort understands that situations arise and may force you to cancel your reservation. Please understand that we are also forfeiting the opportunity to take another reservation on your planned occupancy.
Holiday Weekends and Lake Event Weekends (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Aquapalooza, Redneck Raftout, Welcome Back Weekend) cancellations will be charged the 100% of your reservation plus tax.
All other reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days before your arrival) but will be charged 25% of your total reservation plus tax.
Friday and Saturday reservations that are cancelled regardless of time frame will be charged $150 per night plus tax.
No shows will be charged the full reservation amount plus tax.

Rules & regulations
Marina Del Rey values our customer's opinions and wants each guest to be satisfied with their stay at our resort. In order to be keep our resort a great place for everyone, we have listed a few policies to ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests.
Check-In 3 PM
Quiet Time 11 PM to 7 AM.
Reservations must be made by a person 21 or older.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No smoking in cabins.
Pets
Please no pets in the cabins.
Pets are allowed on the resort grounds.
We ask that all pets stay on a leash at all times.
We also ask that you clean up after your pet.
