The Perfect Choice for your Gold Country Get-Away!
Marble Quarry RV Park is located ¼ mile East of Columbia State Historic Park in Northern California’s scenic Gold Country. We offer 68 RV sites with full hook-ups, 10 tent sites with water available, a beautiful park setting that includes a sports lawn, swimming pool, playground, convenience store, and gift shop.
California’s Gold Country spans roughly 150 miles from Nevada City to Oakhurst in the Sierra Nevada foothills and is a popular destination among travelers seeking recreation and memorable vacations. There are numerous attractions to visit within walking and driving distance from our campground including the historic gold rush town of Columbia, Railtown 1897 where you can ride a train pulled by an historic steam locomotive, Moaning and Mercer Caverns, Calaveras Big Trees (giant sequoias), and the world-famous Yosemite National Park.
The Gold Country also offers an abundance of activities that will satisfy everyone’s interest including hiking, fishing, golfing, water sports, gold panning, zip lines, wine tasting, farmers markets, shopping, museums, casinos, and more! There are three live theaters in the area that offer top-notch entertainment and numerous restaurants to give you a break from cooking.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Rules & regulations
Policies for Cabins:
Check in 3:00 P.M. / Check out 11:00 A.M.
Cabins are subject to a 10% occupancy tax
Renters are financially responsible for any physical damage done in any cabin
Limit of 1 pet with a fee of $5.00 per night – No dogs on beds!
During peak season, two night minimum stay Friday and Saturday, three nights minimum stay on holidays
All cabins are non-smoking
Cooking not allowed in sleeping cabins
No daily maid service
Policies for RV and Tent Sites:
Check in 1:00 P.M. / Check out 12:30 P.M.
Sites are limited to 6 persons per site.
Policies for Pets:
We realize that your pets are part of your family! There is no additional fee for pets, except cabins. For the consideration of all guests, we ask that your pets are leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended.
Policies for Campfires:
Fires are always a concern in California, for your safety, campfires must be in a container. You may bring your own or they are available for rent in the office.
Camping Do’s
Listed below is “Camper Information” to assist you in a pleasant stay at Marble Quarry RV Park.
DO observe 10 M.P.H. speed limit.
DO observe quiet time from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
DO supervise children at swimming pool and remember no pets allowed and children under 14 must have supervision.
DO keep pets on leach (6 ft. max.) at all times. Do not leave pets in campsite alone. Always clean up after them.
DO be responsible for your children’s behavior at all times.
DO help maintain clean restroom facilities.
DO occupy site assigned to you.
DO check out by 12:30 (Late check-outs will be charged the day use rate, per person).
DO remember, we are not tolerant of intoxication or ill-mannered conduct by anyone.
DO not discharge firearms or fireworks in park.
DO keep bicycles/motorized scooters on roadways and ride in a safe and courteous manner. Helmets required. 10 M.P.H.
DO assist us in keeping the park clean. Please dispose of all trash in dumpsters located throughout the park.
DO use clothes dryers for drying all laundry. No laundry is to be hung outdoors at campsite.
