Booking Details

Pull-Through 30/50 Amp Full Hookup RV Site - Large Green Space
Pull-Through sites 20-26 are 58-84 feet in length and can accommodate campers and travel trailers. All sites are full hookup and are equipped with 20/30/50 amp electrical service, water and sewer hookups, cable TV. Sites do slope down to the front to allow for drainage. Fire rings are available upon request. A picnic table is included at all sites. Guests are welcome to use our bathhouse during their stay. The bathrooms are private with lockable doors and are not the typical "stall style" that is found at campgrounds.

The Studio
The Studio Cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway from the rush of the city. It features a Queen size bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with standing shower, and a dinette. The kitchen includes basic pots, pans, and utensils. Linens are provided and will be readily available upon your arrival to the Studio. Wifi is included complementary with your stay.

Rustic Deluxe Bunkhouse
The Rustic Deluxe Bunkhouse is close to glamping without the fancy tents and strung lights. Our Rustic Deluxe is a one bedroom cabin with a half bath, full-size bed and two single bunks. The cabin also has a small dining area, mini-fridge, microwave, air and heat, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Linens are not provided for the Rustic Deluxe Bunkhouse. Guests are welcome to use our bathhouse during their stay. The bathrooms are private with lockable doors and are not the typical "stall style" that is found at campgrounds.

Back-in 30/50 Amp Full Hookup RV Site
Back-in sites are 45 feet in length. They can accommodate pop-ups, bumper pulls, and Class-C campers. If the stabilizers on your Fifth Wheel are located in the center instead of in the back, these sites would be suitable as well. Fire rings are available upon request. A picnic table is included at all sites. Guests are welcome to use our bathhouse during their stay. The bathrooms are private with lockable doors and are not the typical "stall style" that is found at campgrounds. Guests must fit their vehicle within their site without parking on grass.

Policies
When booking your visit to Maple Hill we require a $35 deposit for nightly and weekly stays. The remainder payment is due upon arrival. The deposit shall be refunded if your stay is cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival. If a guest fails to cancel their stay prior to 7 days of arrival, a refund will not be provided.
Check-in: 3pm. We do not allow early check-ins without prior management approval.
Check-out: 11:00am (no late check outs, if you have not checked out by 11am you will be charged an additional day).
Campsite/cabin rentals: the individual renting campsite/cabin must be age 21 and be the individual occupying the campsite/cabins.
Trees and plants: Maple Hill RV Park and Cabins is a nature friendly park. Please refrain from digging up, cutting down or trimming trees and bushes.
Firewood: Firewood (when available) can be purchased from management.
Children: all children, guest and friends 13 yrs of age and younger, must be accompanied by an adult (18yrs or older) at all times when not on rented site.
Quite hours: 10pm-7am…all children under 18 must be on their site by 10pm. RV inlet generators must be turned off during this time. Be aware that normal speaking voices carry.
Laundry facilities: Open 24 hours. Please do not leave clothes unattended. Not responsible for left/stolen items.
Water/electrical/cable hookups: Tampering with any of these hook-ups is strictly prohibited. If you have any issues contact management.
Dump station: the dumping of gray/black water is allowed only at designated dump station provided in the park. Illegal dumping will be grounds for immediate removal from park.
Pets: Pets must be always leashed and with owner (cannot be left unattended on campsite). If pet demonstrates aggressive behavior towards another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave. No excessive barking. Owners must clean up after their pets.
Trash: campers are responsible to take trash from cabin/site to dumpster. We do recycle so please separate and place in proper receptacles.
Intoxicants: alcohol is permitted at your campsite only. Illegal substances will be grounds for immediate removal from campground.
Parking: No parking on grass areas, parking in vacant sites is prohibited without prior approval from management.
Weapons: any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited. Firearms are prohibited unless a person possesses a valid weapons-carry license for a firearm that is valid in the state of Tennessee. Persons with such license may carry a firearm except where prohibited by state or federal law. Management reserves the right to request to see proof of license if we see or receive a report of visible weapons.
Campground etiquette: Be respectful of other camper’s privacy. Do not show up uninvited to others campsites. Be respectful of other campers when camp is full and close blinds during evening/night hours so lights do not disturb other campers. Do not walk through other campsites.
Maple Hill is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost personal property.
Maple is not responsible for personal injuries during your stay.
