Policies
Deposits are non-refundable for stays greater than one week, 50% of deposit can be applied towards a future stay. Seven days or less, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled before 72hrs of your arrival date, a $23.50 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for holiday weekends.
Check in time is after 1:00 p.m. for RV sites and tents sites, all arrivals before 9:00 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Maximum of 1 RV per RV site includes 2 adults 3 children under the age of 18. There will be a $8.00 per additional overnight person.
No refund will be made for early departure.
All reservation changes and cancellations MUST be made by phone or via our online reservation system. Nightly reservations are paid in full. Weekly, monthly and seasonals requite a 50% deposit. 10% discount for military (must have military id) and seniors age 62 and older. Well behaved pets welcome on rv and tent sites, but they must be leashed, have up to date records and you must pick up after them.
