Malibu Beach RV Park

HOW WE OPERATE THE PARK

Check-In begins at 2:00pm, and is available until 8:00pm. Photo I.D is required upon check in.

Any guest that checks in after 8:00pm is to check in with the Night Host Cabinet for reservation package. Please check in with us at the front desk the next morning by 10:00am.

Check Out is 11:00 am. Any late check outs may incur a fee.

Full payment is required upfront for the entire stay at time of reservation.

No Refunds

Malibu RV Park currently accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All credit cards must match the name on the reservation. We accept third party packages, NO USPS mail.

RV sites are designed for back in only, left side hookups. Guests are responsible for properly measuring their RV before arriving at the park so that they can be placed at a proper site. Please measure total length, including bike racks, storage, etc. prior to arrival.

RV guests are allowed up to 7 people per site, including visitors.

RV guests are allowed up to 3 pets per site, including pets of visitors.

Tent guests are allowed up to 5 people per site, with a maximum of 2 tents per site. A designated tent parking area is available on the upper level nearest the tents.

All guests are liable for any damage caused to Malibu RV Park including but not limited to damage or destruction of RV sites, hookup, utilities, pedestals, RV site dividers/retaining walls, buildings, and any other fixed improvements located at the park. We ask all guests to drive and pull into sites very carefully, making sure to correctly use and hook up to utilities, and to properly disconnect from hook up upon departure. Malibu RV will charge guests for any damage caused to the site or the park.

RULES OF THE PARK

Malibu is in a high fire severity zone and is an area prone to wildfires. No fires of any kind are permitted within 5 Feet of any RV, railroad ties, landscaping, or any combustible object. No fireworks, firearms, or explosives.

Propane BBQs and fire pits are permitted.

Generators are not allowed.

All RVs, vehicles, and guest vehicles must display at the RV park registration tag while at the park. All unauthorized RVs or vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm - 8:00am. Loud and disturbing noises are prohibited.

Please drive slowly. The speed limit for the park is 5 MPH.

All RV drain outlets must be closed before leaving your site. All drains must have an airtight connection to the park outlets. Sewage spill will result in a $150 fee.

No repairs without management approval, please see RV Manager.

No feminine hygiene, diapers, products in sewage. We recommend using a 1-PLY toilet paper.

Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the RV. Use our beautiful dog walks and mut mitts stations to pick up after your pet. Cats should remain inside your RV. We advise you to wear proper footwear when on all trails/dog walks.

We do not allow Pitbull terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American bullys, or any Pitbull mixes. Reservations made online that go against our Pet Policies and Breeds will be cancelled.

RV GUEST RECOGNIZES THAT THIS LOCATION AND THE CITY OF MALIBU ARE WITHIN A HIGH FIRE SEVERITY ZONE AND THIS AREA IS PRONE TO WILDFIRES. PLEASE USE CAUTION AS IT RELATES TO ANY FIRE RELATED ACTIVITIES INSIDES AND OUTSIDE YOUR RV AND WHILE STAYING AT THE PARK. WOOD FIRES ARE PROHIBITED.

POLICY

The undersigned owner of said camping equipment agrees to abide by all rules and guidelines of Malibu Beach RV Park at all times and agrees that the management of Malibu Beach RV Park can terminate this agreement at any time for reasons that it may deem objectionable. Anyone using these facilities must do so with the understanding that Malibu Beach RV Park is provided as a recreational facility only, and it may not be used as a primary residence.

If a refund has been issued for noncompliance of Policies/Rules, and you are asked to leave for any reason by the management of Malibu Beach RV Park, you must do so immediately or you accept that you will be treated as a trespasser by the appropriate local authorities. No subletting of any kind is permitted. You agree to pay all assessed utility bills and pay any late fees or collection cost as determined by Malibu Beach RV Park whether suit be brought or not. The owners and managers of this facility provide it for your use as outdoor recreation and you agree to hold said owners and managers harmless for any liability derived from use of the property. You must respect the rights of others and stay on your site. Do not cross, obstruct, or utilize any site for any reason other than yours, or you will be asked to leave the property. Prices are subject to change without notice. NO REFUNDS.

Malibu Beach RV Park Guest understands and agrees that Malibu Beach RV Park is a recreational vehicle park, not a residential park. Malibu Beach RV Park is authorized to cancel a reservation at any time, at Malibu Beach RV Park's sole discretion. Malibu Beach RV Park also reserves the right if Malibu Beach RV Park Guest does not remove their recreational vehicle, the vehicle, and any other personal property from the reserved site by the time of checkout, Malibu Beach RV Park is authorized, upon giving a 24-hour written notice to guest, to tow/remove any vehicle or personal property at RV Park Guest's expense.
