This Property is Privately owned. The camper accepts the camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, it’s officer and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officer and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

MANAGEMENT:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to refund Initial Reservation Payments, Refuse Rental or to discontinue occupancy if, in our judgement, your occupancy is detrimental to the property.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to amend Resort rules or rates without notice. Violation of rules and regulations may result in eviction without refund. By renting a site you are assuming all risk of and liability for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises both latent and manifest. In the events damages occur during your occupancy you agree to authorize Majestic Oaks RV Resort to charge the cost of damages to the credit card guaranteeing payment.
