Terms of Agreement: Love's RV Hookup-Dalhart TX 836 includes Love’s Travel stops & Country

Stores, Inc. and all owners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates (“Love’s”, “We”). The

Guest (“Guest”, “You/Your”) includes you, and anyone else in your vacation party including friends,

relatives, spouses, significant others, any minor children, and any other occupants under your

custody, care, and control. All Guests agree to read and comply with all Love's RV Hookup- Dalhart TX

836 Terms and Conditions. By completing an online reservation or signing this registration form, You

acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Terms and Conditions, agree to follow them and shall indemnify

and hold Love’s harmless for any and all accidents, personal injuries, losses, property damages, or

any damages of any sort or kind, even death, to any and all third parties.

CHECK IN TIME: 2 p.m.

CHECK OUT TIME: 12 p.m.

QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All children under the age of 18 must be on their site by 9 p.m.

SITES: One camping unit (motorhome, pop up or travel trailer, fifth wheel, van) and one vehicle per

site. No grey water dumping on the ground or in non-designated areas. No vehicle or camping unit

repairs on your site. Do not wash Your camping unit or vehicle on Your site. All campsites shall be

kept clear and clean of items which prevent efficient maintenance of and direct access to the

campsite. Campsites shall be kept clear of any clutter, debris, or litter. No rugs or tarps on the grass.

Outside items and accessories shall be immediately removed at the request of Management, or their

designee, if deemed inappropriate. No storage is allowed under a recreational vehicle or camper.

The following are not permitted at any campsite: tents, tarps, easy-ups, screen rooms, pet fencing,

RV skirting of any kind, or exterior propane bottles.

Recreational vehicles and campers (collectively, “RVs”) shall be well maintained and kept in a clean

and neat condition. RVs shall not show signs of deterioration, mildew, or damage. Awnings shall not

be torn. RVs shall not have window air conditioning units. RVs must have all equipment required to

lawfully travel on the road. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with an RV that We

determine is not in acceptable condition.

ROADS: No ATVs, 3 or 4 wheelers, motorized scooters or go-carts allowed. Motorcycles are to be

used only for transportation in and out of the site and travel stop.

OFFICE/STORE: Food, drinks, RV equipment and souvenirs are available inside the travel stop.

PETS: There is a three (3) dog per reservation limit and pets must be kept on a leash at all times with

no excessive barking. All pets must be walked in the designated dog park located at this travel stop

and must be picked up after. No ground tie-downs permitted, and pets are not to be tied outside of

Your camping unit when you are not on site. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. If any pet

demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or guest, You will be asked to leave the site.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages are not to be in evidence at any time.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS: The use of firearms or fireworks are strictly prohibited for the safety of

all Guests and travel stop customers.

CAMPFIRES: Campfires are not permitted on the premises.

TRASH: Please put Your trash in the designated receptacles located in the RV Hookup parking area.

LIABILITY: Guests will assume financial responsibility for any and all damages they cause.

LOST AND FOUND: Love’s is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen during Your stay or

items left after Your departure. If You believe You lost an item or left something behind, Love’s will

check for personal items; however, We make no guarantee We will find items or be able to return the

items We may find.

Love’s is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be

responsible, financial or otherwise, for accident or injury to Guests or for loss of money or valuables

of any kind.

Be courteous and respectful to Your neighbors. Please observe and obey all posted signs throughout

the site and travel stop. Please travel only on designated roads or walkways. Please respect guest’s

privacy by not walking through occupied sites.

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be

accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
