What is the bathroom situation?
The tents and A-Frame cabin are located 300 feet or so from our Eco-Luxury Bathhouse and Outhouse. This unique set-up uses solar for its power, nature for flushing (outhouse - don’t be scared), and an indoor and outdoor shower. Lavender Hill Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner are provided and recommended.
Are pets allowed?
No. We sure do love animals here and have quite a few pets of our own however bringing a pet is not a possibility at this time. We have wild animals, free range chickens, and other guests that complicate bringing pets. If you need any dog, cat, or chicken cuddles we can arrange for you to come down to our barn. :)
Can you drive to up to the tent, cabin or dome?
We have a designated parking lot for guests and greet everyone as they arrive. Lots of luggage? We have a golf cart to help with that! Please note that staying here requires a good amount of walking and hiking. We have beautiful trails lined with solar lights at night to guide guests to their sites. Please wear comfortable shoes to get to and from your glamping site.
What should we bring?
This is glamping after all so not a lot is required when packing. Pack as though you were staying in a hotel (clothes, shoes, pajamas, toothbrush) in addition to bug spray, sunscreen and your favorite beverages to enjoy.
Are there bugs?
Oh yes! We have bugs… so pretty PLEASE bring your own spray and do a nightly tick check. Sorry!
