    Our indoor glampsite has all of the fun of camping, but it's definitely more like GLAMPING. We house 10 vintage glampers and 18 themed teepees to sleep up to 56 people in two separate buildings, Glamp Inn and Glamp Inn Cadillac. Each unit is equipped with two twin beds, multi-plug outlets, lighting & fans. The restroom/shower facilities are centrally located, think bathhouse with private stalls, just steps away from your glamper or teepee...Glampers are equipped with their own unique decor, outdoor seating area, mini-fridge and air conditioner. The teepees are all fully furnished with a unique themes and a personality of their own. As our guest, you'll have access to multiple seating areas, a big screen tv, an outdoor grill, microwaves and Keurig coffee bars. And what would glamping be without A/C and WIFI?

    We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. However, if you cancel before 30 days notice, and we are able to rebook your room(s) you will receive a full refund minus 15% cancellation fee. After 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

    CHILDREN & PETS:

    Not suitable for pets. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS AT ALL TIMES AND ADHERE TO OUR POLICIES. A $250 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR MORE THAT 2 CHILDREN.

    Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

    ANTIQUES WEEK INFO:

    Check in is between 2pm and 6pm. You can arrive early and park with us. Disregard the "Full" sign and the "Parking $5" sign. Parking is free and available for our guests.

    During Antiques Week, quiet hours are from 12pm-7am. We ask that all early birds and night owls respect each other's much valued vacation time.

    Each glamper or teepee sleeps 2 max. If you have an extra friend, you must rent another unit. Day guests must be announced before arrival and must register at the main bar to be issued a wrist band.

    Out of consideration of other guests, children under 4 are not allowed during the event.

    We have a guided Open House from 12pm-2pm daily during Antiques Week so visitors can view the exterior of the campers and teepees. Visitors do not disturb occupied units. Simply zip up your teepee or shut your camper door and you will not be disturbed.

    GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Lone Star Glamp Inn is a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas outside the doors. Please do not prop doors open.

    Lost key charge is $90.

    Articles left at the Glamp Inn can be returned at the guest's expense.

    Lone Star Glamp Inn has several common areas. Please do not drag furniture across the painted floors and return all furniture to its original location.

    Please remove all trash from your camper or teepee. There are several trash bins located throughout the building. There is also a large trash bin located between the two buildings.

    If staying in one of our vintage campers with an air conditioner, please turn off the unit when unoccupied.

    Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

    By confirming a reservation, you unconditionally release and hold harmless from liability SKV Properties, Lone Star Glamp Inn, it’s owners, agents and other guests from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, or relating to your participation at Lone Star Glamp Inn.
