House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellation notice for the hotel must be given more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation date. (NO cancelation part way through reservations).
During hunting season (September 1st - mid November), cancellation notice must be given 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund.
Cancellation for the cottages: Cottages have a half down non refundable amount and 7 day cancellation notice to get the second half of the cost refunded.

Check in: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Initial Deposit
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Scheduled Deposit
1 day before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected.
7 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Pets are not allowed.
ADDITIONAL GUEST:
For each additional guest not added to your reservation you will be charged an extra $50 a night per guest.
SMOKING POLICY:
All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Outdoor smokers should respect other guests by smoking 30 feet away from building and disposing of cigarette butts responsibly. $250 fine for smoking in rooms, including vaping and marijuana.
PET POLICY:
No Pets Allowed. $250 Fine for any pets in rooms or on premises.
SNOW:
Snow HAPPENS, please be prepared for winter driving. Plowing and shoveling will occur during the winter seasons. NO refunds due to weather.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY:
Room refreshed after 3 day stay (towels, toiletries and trash). Full linen change once a week.
