R.V. Dry Camping Rules & Regulations:

• Check in time is 2:00pm

• Check out time is 12:00 noon (two (2) night stay max)

• Please stay in assigned space.

• Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children.

• Winery is not responsible for your children’s safety.

• No loud noises after 10pm including loud music and generator.

• Self contained gas barbecues are permitted, but NO campfires or open flame cooking.

• Dogs must be on leash at all times. Two dogs max per RV space!

• One R.V. per reservation and space. Owners of any additional R.V.'s must make their own reservation for their own space.

• One additional trailer or tow behind vehicle is permitted per space (Two motorized vehicles total per space).

• Any additional guests coming to visit you while you are staying on our property must check in with the owners or management, and must be off our property by 10pm.

• One guest vehicle per RV space.

• R.V. parking only, NO tent camping!

• This is dry R.V. camping, ALL human waste must be self contained.

• We do not provide sewage, water, or electrical hook ups.

• Please clean your space before leaving, and leave your space as clean as it was when you arrived.

• You are in a natural environment, that comes with natural wild life, including snakes, tarantulas, wild pig, fox, coyote, deer, owl, etc… Please respect our natural surroundings, and please don’t leave food or trash outside your vehicle after sunset to prevent our local wildlife from interfering with your stay.

• The use of our property is subject to weather. If weather is not permitting we may cancel your reservation due to dangerous driving conditions and potential hazards on our property caused by weather.

This is a working ranch/farm with heavy equipment and machinery running and moving on the property at all times. Please be aware of your surroundings and take necessary precautions when walking around the property. Please supervise your children and keep an eye on them at all times.

Vineyard Views Casita Rules and Regulations

• Maximum number of guests per night: two (2) persons, 2-night min stay, (28-night max stay).

• Check in 3:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am

• Key code will be emailed or texted to you 24 hours prior to check in.

• Cancellations must be requested within 5-days (120 hours) of check in date.

• This is a NO SMOKING home, absolutely no smoking is allowed in the Casita. Additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this rule.

• No loud noises and/or music after 10 pm.

• Provided self-contained gas barbecue permitted only. NO campfires or open flame cooking.

• A $25 fee per pet will be applied upon booking. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Two dogs and/or cats max. Please no pets on furniture.

• We will not rent to persons under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

• Any additional guests (limit of 4) coming to visit you while you are staying on our property must check in with the owners or management and must be off our property by 10 pm.

• No daily maid service.

• Rates subject to change without notice for unreserved inquiries.

• Photography is permitted and Locatelli Winery reserves the right to use any photographs taken on the property for usage in promotion or other means.

• Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles for overnight guests and must park in designated parking areas only.

• Upon Checkout: Wash all dishes and put them away, soiled towels are to be gathered and placed on bathroom floor, all trash needs to be gathered in kitchen and put in waste bin.

• You are in a natural environment, that comes with natural wild life, including snakes, tarantulas, wild pig, fox, coyote, deer, owl, etc. Please respect our natural surroundings, and please don’t leave food or trash outside the home after sunset to prevent our local wildlife from interfering with your stay.

• We cannot control or predict weather or road conditions. No refunds will be given in the event of a storm or road closures that prevent you from reaching us.

• Locatelli Vineyards & Winery, privately owned; the owners, employees and or neighbors or family members are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or visiting its facilities. The property owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or anything on the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Locatelli Vineyards & Winery reserves the right to change or modify this agreement at any time without prior written notice.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for any injury, theft, loss or damages to themselves, its guests, to the guest’s property, to the Locatelli property or to any third person and its respective officers, employees, agents, contractors, guests and third parties assume no responsibility for any injury or loss or damage resulting from your stay on Locatelli property. By signing this contract, you fully understand and take all responsibility for yourself, and all participants. This is a working ranch/farm with heavy equipment and machinery running and moving on the property at all times. Please be aware of your surroundings and take necessary precautions when walking around the property.

Final Note: We want you to enjoy your stay, and have a pleasant time while visiting, but please remember that you are on private property, and you are considered a guest of the owners of this property, therefore, if the above rules and regulations are broken and/or ignored, we reserve the right to ask you to leave, or remove you from our property at any time.
