Cancellations can be processed directly from your booking request but are approved manually by our campground manager. All refunds are based on the start of your requested booking date:

100% Refund – Before 14 days

50% Refund – Before 7 days

Non-refundable – 6 days

Rules & regulations

Upon booking your stay online, you agree that you have read and agree to follow all rules below as set by the campground during your stay at Little Patch of Heaven.

All of our sites are self check in, all the information provided for check-in has been sent to the email that completed the booking.

We do not accept same-day reservations, if you are attempting to book for the day of, our system will not allow it. A booking will need to be done 24 hours in advance.

We do not have picnic tables or firepits at any of our sites

We do not accept mail or packages all packages and mail will be sent back.

Little Patch of Heaven is a privately owned park, thus we actively are monitoring the campground 24/7 for trespassers. If you are on the grounds and do not have a booking, are on the grounds but are outside the range of your particular booking date, or with an existing party of a booking, our staff will notify the local authorities to have you removed from the property.

These rules are for the safety and protection of our guests and business. All guests agree to these rules and regulations upon checkout by selecting the “I Acknowledge” box upon checkout.

For the mutual benefit of the Park and its guests, the following rules shall always remain in effect. ANY violation of the following rules can result in violators being vacated without a refund.

The maximum capacity for our RV sites is 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults. And only 2 dog per sites

We do not allow any tents – we are solely an RV Park.

One vehicle is allowed per site. If you have guests, they must park in front of the office.

All fire pits must be approved by staff members before using

Open fires are permitted only in grills, cage fire pits, or in contained stone fire pits.

Please do not burn anything other than wood in the fire pits.

If you live in any other state other than Kentucky. Do not bring in firewood. (includes lumber, pallets, and building materials) into the campground.

Fishing is only for paying customers. If you have booked your stay with us, you may fish as much as you’d like between that time frame .you are not aloud to go to the back of the campground if we see you back there you will be ask to leave. It is however catch and release.

After 7 pm est. Fishing is not allowed.

The maximum amount of days an individual may stay is 14 days. back-to-back booking will be cancelled

Check-in is at 1:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

A late fee charge will be added to $5.00 per hour after 11:00 am. We do not accept check-ins after 7 PM. 24-hour notice must be given if you choose to stay longer.

Winterization:

All guests must abide by our Winterization rules during subfreezing weather.

The bathhouse is not open is closed and will re-open on March 1st.

Only ½” insulating panels are allowed for underpinning taped together, and it must be painted with a brush to match your RV. No straw is allowed around the water spicket , a heated hose must be used, and must be wrapped with electric tape.

Do not get paint on the campgrounds. No bags for skirting or plastic in windows or on the outside, please. Skirting must be maintained in a straight orderly fashion to look nice. During the winter months, you must have a proper winter garden hose.

Do not discharge gray or black water tanks anywhere except the site sewer drop or dump station.

A dumpster is provided by the main office. Do not leave garbage bags outside of your RV. No dumping of anything but normal daily garbage is allowed.

Lots must be kept free of rubbish, litter, and bottles. No storage of items is allowed under RVs. Only rugs, lawn furniture, BBQ grills, landscaping, and secured bikes are allowed.NO Golf CARTS are allowed.

We reserve the right to decline any Trailers, RVs, or Motor homes manufactured from the year 1989 and below from staying at the campground unless your RV has been restored you must provide a picture of your RV

No Auto Transformers of any kind are allowed at the campground. The use of an Autotransformer will result in immediate eviction.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Be courteous to your neighbors.

Showers and Restrooms are for guests only. No smoking or drinking is allowed in the restrooms. If you use the showers or restrooms, please shut off the lights and close the doors after using the restrooms.

The bathhouse is closed every year from October 16th through April 1st for the winter

No pools, kiddie pools, or other water-wasting devices or toys are allowed. We provide water for our guests so please help us conserve water.

Washing of cars, trucks, or RVs is not allowed

RV site can accommodate one tow vehicle & trailer, or one motor home & tow vehicle.

Please do not park more than one RV on any site.

Occupancy for RV sites is two adults and four children or four adults.

RVs or trailers cannot be stored or unattended for an extended period of time. If this is the case the campground owner or owner may ask for the individual to leave the premise or contact appropriate parties to remove the trailer or RV.

Occupants of this campground shall be responsible for their guests’ conduct while in the Park. All occupants and guests are expected to act in an orderly and kind manner. Unreasonable or nuisance conduct may result in the RV guest being vacated immediately without a refund. Children should be supervised at all times.

Minors under age 6 must always be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, and respect other guests’ lots.

Children and guests must walk around the graveled path and not through the guest’s lots.

Occupants are cautioned and urged to be careful of electrical wires, objects left on the ground, and the conditions of walks, drives, and steps. The campground is not responsible for injuries to persons, property, or for property lost by occupants or guests, by fire, windstorm, or other casualties. The user assumes the risks or hazards which may be created by other occupants of the Park.

This is a very safe park, but it is recommended that you secure anything of value.

The name of the individual who booked the stay must match their state-issued identification as well as the credit card used for the booking.

No leases are offered to RV guests, and guests who violate the rules can be removed from the property by the Sheriff or a towing company if the Park finds it necessary.

Dogs, cats, and any other applicable pets must always be kept on a leash at all times when not in the RV. Pets must not be left alone outside. Guests must clean up after their pets, We will ask careless owners to leave.

We will ask owners with aggressive or excessively loud animals to leave without a refund. This rule applies to leaving animals alone for an excessive period of time as well.

The campground is not responsible for injuries to persons, property, or for property lost by occupants or guests, by fire, windstorm, or other casualties. The user assumes the risks or hazards which may be created by other occupants of the Park.

The act of working on RVs’s not allowed. In order to facilitate repairs on the ground, you must have a licensed repair person/individual to work on your RV.

If repairs are needed, please notify the campground manager via phone or email in advance so they are aware.

We reserve the right to not renew a booking to any guest who has not arranged for all of their dates in advance. We will do our best to move guests to the next available site (if necessary).

Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes made to your reservation after it has been confirmed may result in higher rates.

We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs, if we find that you are in violation of this rule we will demand you to leave along with contacting the Sheriff’s Department.
