Lava Mountain Lodge is located in the Shoshone National Forest in Dubois, Wyoming with ski ski out access to the Continental Divide Trail System. Lava Mountain Lodge maintains three types of accommodations. These include hotel rooms with two queen beds and optional sofa bed, Park Model cabins which are large and expansive, and Trappers Cabins with shared bathrooms. We maintain two locker room facilities with showers and restrooms capable of handling all of our guests.

Policies
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Summer season reservations (June through September) require a non refundable 10% minimum cancellation fee for all confirmed reservation cancellations. *All other non seasonal cancellation policies apply.
Winter Season Reservations (December through March) require a non refundable 20% deposit to hold reservations and will be charged upon reservation confirmation. *All other non seasonal cancellation policies apply.
All reservation cancellations after a reservation is confirmed will be charged 50% of the entire stay if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival.
All reservation cancellations after a reservation is confirmed will be charged 100% of the entire stay if cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions
Prices & Taxes: Lodging rates are subject to 5% sales/use tax & 4% lodging tax and subject to change.
All reservations require credit card billing address to guarantee confirmation. Reservations my be cancelled with incomplete or omitted credit card billing address.
Payment & Terms: Payment must be made at check In unless otherwise agreed to by company. Check In: After 3:00pm local time on day of scheduled arrival Check Out: Before 11:00am local time on day of scheduled departure. Late check outs will be charged $1.00 per minute after 11AM on departure date.
Late check ins may be arranged. Please let us know in advance when possible.
Reservations must be held with a valid credit card: We accept Visa-Mastercard-Discover.
Must be 18 years or older to make a Reservation
Early Check In Fee: We offer an early check in fee of $35.00 after 7:00am before 2:00pm local time on day of scheduled arrival. **Depends on availability.
Free Parking: **Please see front desk clerk at check In for truck & trailer parking.

Lost or stolen property: Lava Mountain Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property
Agreement: All confirmed reservations are a contractual agreement between the Guest(s) and Lava Mountain Lodge and are subject to payment according to policies.
Late check outs will be charged $1.00 per minute after specified check out time.
