Policies
General Rules
- Checkout Time: 11:00 AM. Must notify office prior to 11:00 AM if you would like to leave late or extend your stay.
- Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only.Do not park on the grass, fire lanes, or any other area other than your assigned parking space.
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Strictly Enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes stereos, TVs, and radios.
- Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters. NO LITTERING!
- Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you would like to extend your stay.
- Mail: Incoming mail is recieved daily.
- Satellite TV: Available at all sites
- DO NOT move picnic tables or benches.
- Washing RVs is allowed on the property if the office is contacted first.
- Vending: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the facilitiesbuilding. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room.
- Your Space: Please keep it clean. No clutter or debris is permitted.
- Laundry: Open 24/7.
- No construction of decks or stairs is allowed.
Pet Rules
- Pets must be kept on a leash
- Pets are not allowed in buildings
- You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet
Dog Run Rules
- Pets are not allowed to use areas outside the dog runs.
- Pet owner is reqired to clean up after pets.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended at any time.
