Lakeside RV Park

Quiet Time: One of our goals here at Lakeside RV Park is to help maintain a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. Please be courteous with noises between the hours of 9:00pm and 7:00am.

Check In/Out: Check in time: 12:00pm. Check out Time: 11:00am – Due to other guest reservations. If you plan to stay longer than your booking arrangements, please contact management or re-book online.

​Rates: Extra tents on RV sites with be charges an additional $15.00 per night. Extra freezer, refrigerator, A/C units additional $25.00 per unit.

Laundromat Hours: Our laundry room hours are from 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Sunday. Cloth lines outside your RV are not permitted. Laundry machines are coin operated from $1.75 to $2.00 per load for each wash and dry. Do not use the laundry machines or dryers for large bulky items such as - comforters/quilts, shoes/boots, or oily items.

Campsites: Please keep campsites, clean and neat and clutter free! Repairs on RV or vehicle is not permitted. Outside storage is not permitted. Grills on stands are allowed. Propane bottles only! No propane tanks are permitted. All trash must be placed in dumpsters provided at the park, not in the campsite. Sites left uncleaned will be charges a $50.00 cleaning fee.

Connection Hoses: Water hoses must be replaced if leaking. Septic hoes must have a plastic connector to attach to our septic hookup. Insulated water hose and standpipe to be used against freezing during the winter months. Park is not responsible for damaged hoses.

Parking and Vehicles: Two licensed and registered vehicles are allowed per site. Your RV/trailer is considered one vehicle. Park in designated parking area. No parking in the grassy areas or empty sites. Repairs, oils, and radiator draining are not permitted at any time. Vehicle washing is not permitted. Off road vehicles must be approved by management if approved.

Pet: Please ALWAYS keep pets under control and out of other campsites. Clean up after your pets. Do not tether your pet to a tree outside or leave them outside if you are not home. Rodent or reptile pets are not allowed. Pets must be on a 6ft leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. Animal bite or attack will result in immediate eviction.

Children: Must be accompanied by an adult on the park, Arcade, Laundromat. Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their children.

Firearms/fireworks/campfires: Firearms are permitted in Park. Fireworks are NOT permitted in Park. Campfires are not permitted if the county has a burn ban in effect. Please check with management prior to starting a campfire for approval.

Waiver of Liability: Customer shall not hold Lakeside RV Park, Lakeside RV Arcade, Lakeside Laundromat, Owners, Manager, employees liable for any or all claim, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any or all Damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, accidents, theft, or act of GOD. Physical damage and liability coverage is the full responsibility of owner/renter of the RV. Rental site remains under the control of the campground manager. Services are provider under a site service agreement. You are not under the landlord/tenant agreement/arrangement. Theft of services do apply.

Public disturbance will immediately terminate the Park agreement of the campsite and must vacate the campsite/park immediately and NO REFUND will be issued. Guest must comply with all federal, state & local laws and park rules.
