Lakeside Lodge Resort & Marina, located in the vast Bridger-Teton National Forest, rests on the south shore of Fremont Lake facing the Wind River Mountain Range. A considerable body of water, Fremont Lake is Wyoming’s second largest natural lake. Carved by a series of three glaciers, it is eleven miles long, and up to a mile wide with a maximum depth of more than 700 feet. An entirely granite formation, Fremont Lake holds some of the cleanest water in the country.
Having worked with the natural landscape and not against it, we have developed Lakeside Lodge Resort & Marina to respect and honor the very land which supports us. It is our pleasure to be your host as you experience this truly magical piece of the natural world.
Located just north of Main Street in Pinedale, you’ll be secluded, yet only minutes from the town center. Our exceptional bar and grill restaurant located on the lake and lodge amenities provide guests with a resort experience. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay you will be charged in full.
Rules & regulations
SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking, as is the lodge itself, including all areas around the cabins. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $250 charge.
COMMUNICATIONS: Cellphone coverage inside is not reliable. As a courtesy we offer free WIFI and satellite television. While these services are usually reliable, there can be loss of service due to satellite interruptions. We make no guarantees as to the availability of these services and do not offer refunds or discounts due to the interruption of services.
PETS: Dogs are restricted to Standard Cabins. If a dog is found in a Studio or Cabin Suite there will be a charge of $250. Those who travel with their dogs should contact our reservations specialists ahead of time to obtain the proper room type.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4 PM to 9 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-outs can be accommodated only when inquired about ahead of time and if we have the availability for a late check-out.
AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN: Front desk hours are 9-5 most days in the winter. If you are planning on arriving after hours, you can find a check-in envelope with your name on it in the red mailbox that is located on the outside of the guest service cabin.
DEPOSITS: We do not take deposits for cabins upon booking. 7 days prior to your arrival, your card will be authorized for 100% of your stays amount. On the day of your arrival, your card will be charged.
CASH POLICY: If the customer wishes to pay in cash, they will be required to pay an extra $100, non-refundable. The card that was charged on file will be refunded at check out.
DAMAGES:All tenants and tenants with pets will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the cabins or property.
RESTAURANT: The Restaurant hours are currently Wednesday-Friday 3-8pm. Saturday 12pm-8pm. Restaurant hours are subject to change, please call to make your reservation. We highly recommend making reservations. A to go breakfast can be added to your room charge. $6/person for a breakfast burrito. Call ahead to order this and we will have it in your room fridge at check in.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards purchased on the lodging side are NOT redeemable in the restaurant. Gift cards purchased in the restaurant are NOT redeemable on the lodging side.
