House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Lake Osprey RV Resort requires a 72-hour notice for changes or cancellations prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
Failure to cancel prior to the 72-hours will result in a loss of deposit. Monthly reservations booked for November through April requires a 30-day notice for cancellations or changes prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel prior to that 30-days will result in a loss of advanced deposit.
Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside of the cancellation date range. No refunds are issued for early departure, except in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather. No refunds will be issued for holiday cancellations.
Rules & regulations
Reservations at Lake Osprey are restricted to Class A Motorhomes fifteen (15) years or newer and 28 feet or longer, Class C and 5th Wheels ten (10) years or newer and 28 feet or longer. Rental rates are based on three (3) person occupancy per RV site with an additional charge of $10 per guest and/or children (maximum of three people per site, per night) and only two (2) pets within breed and weight restrictions. Proof of current Rabies Vaccinations for your pet(s) will be required at check-in.
Check-In and Departure – All Guests are required to check in at The Resort Office to pick up your rental packet. Check-In Time is between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on your arrival date.
After Hours Check-In – We request you notify us as early as possible on check-in date if you plan to arrive after business hours so we can provide you with last minute directions. We will escort you to the lot; however, we will not check in nor escort anyone after dark for safety reasons. Guests arriving after business hours are required to check-in the following morning by 11:00 am.
Departure time is 11:00 am on your departure date. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one days rent at the published rate for that time period, plus applicable taxes. We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover.
