Policies
All reservations booked online automatically include our Assurance Cancellation Protection. If you need to cancel 48 hours or more before your stay, please contact us to receive a refund minus $30.00 or to move to another date. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your stay will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Holiday/Special Event Cancellation Policy: If you cancel ten (10) or more days prior to your arrival date before a holiday or special event, you may move your reservation to another time during the current camping season. The value of the reservation will be determined on a nightly basis only. There are no refunds for holiday/special event reservations. Holiday/special event cancellations of less than ten (10) days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid without the ability to reschedule.
The base rate includes up to two (2) adults and two (2) minor children on the site. There is an additional charge for day visitors and additional overnight guests on the site.
There are no refunds for weather or early departure following check in.

We are available by phone from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to accommodate your needs.
Two (2) vehicles are included in the site fee (camping unit and one (1) car). All cars must have a car tag. Extra vehicles will be charged for the additional tag.
One (1) camping unit per site, unless a group is set up directly with the resort.
We require guests to be at least 21 years of age to book reservations, and they must be present during your stay.
Children 16 and under require adult supervision at all times while on property. Pets are welcome. They are not allowed in any buildings and when outdoors must be kept on leash and picked up after.
Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Fighting and unruly behavior are not permitted on property.
Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
Management reserves the right to amend and enforce rules as needed.
Charges will appear on your statement as Lake George Campsites.
