PAYMENT, CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Payment in full must be made, with a credit card, at the time the reservation is made.
Cabins: NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Camping and Pavilion: CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.
If you need to cancel your reservation, any refund will be issued as Camp Credit.
Camp Credit is defined as credit to be used for a future stay with no expiration date for any location within Lake Carl Blackwell.
If you are already staying at Lake Carl Blackwell, there will be NO Camp Credit given due to the discomforts or perceived discomforts of nature. The fun continues, rain or shine! Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.
