La Veta Pines RV Park

Deposit of first night fee required for nightly and weekly reservations.

2 night minimum stay required on Holiday and Special Event weekends

(Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Celtic Fest, Oktoberfest)

Sites are for RVs only NO TENTS, CAR CAMPING, OR ROOFTOP TENTS.

Our intent is to provide and maintain a quiet, family-friendly camping atmosphere. Your cooperation helps insure a safe and happy camping experience for everyone.

QUIET TIME is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be considerate of others

RV sites are assigned upon arrival. Specific site requests are considered but not guaranteed.

RATES include 4 persons, 2 pets and one passenger vehicle and one RV per space. Rates for additional people over 18 yrs are $5.00 per day.

All RV sites and park facilities are for registered guests only. All other visitors must be approved by the office. No Visitors after 10:00 PM.

LOUD VEHICLES must be parked on the street or moved to the street before starting the engine. Please avoid extended idling of all vehicles while on Park property.

All RVs connecting to the Parks sewer must use a hose with an air tight connector on BOTH end of the sewer hose. Connectors are available for sale in the store.

All PETS entering the Park must have current rabies vaccines. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet in the park and around town. Pets may not be left unattended. Aggressive dogs and excessive barking will not be tolerated. Rate includes 2 pets, $10 fee applies for additional pet. Max 3 pets per site.

MATS AND RUGS are not allowed on the grass.

NO OPEN WOOD FIRES ARE ALLOWED. Propane and charcoal fires may be allowed in approved containers. Please check with the office for fire restrictions.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED anywhere within the park except inside your own RV or vehicle.

Dish-washing is not permitted in the bathrooms.

WE ARE IN BEAR COUNTRY! Never leave food, pet food, or garbage out during the day or at night.

IT IS AGAINST COLORADO STATE LAW TO FEED THE DEER or any other big game animal.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING requires approval from the office. An additional fee applies.

Failure to comply with the above stated rules will be grounds for removal from the park without refund.

LIABILITY

This is a privately owned Park, and all guests are using the Park at their own risk. Guest accepts park privileges with the understanding that he/she agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Veta Pines RV Park LLC, its officers and employees of all liability of loss, damage or injury to property or persons arising out of guests use of the Park. Guest further agrees to pay for any damage or loss caused by them, family members or their guests to the Park property, equipment or facilities or the damages or losses they cause other guests of the Park.

AUTO-COLLECT: A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS: Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY: Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
