Ko-Ket has been a cherished riverfront RV resort and vacation destination for over 70 years. Since 1948 families and friends have been making memories while visiting this unique Delta jewel. Positioned on a beautiful wide stretch of the Sacramento River the sunset show each night is worth watching!
Ko-Ket is a short drive or boat ride to the quaint and historic towns of Walnut Grove and Locke, as well as, several wineries and destination restaurants to explore in the area. With a riverfront bar and grill, beach for the kids, paddleboard rentals, boat launch, public dock and gas service Ko-Ket is so much more than a RV resort. A variety of accommodation options from RV spots, cabins, cottages, and even grass tent camping are available. Policies
Cancellation for vacation homes: with 7 days' notice, receive 50% refund on total cost of reservation.
Rules & regulations
Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses. Pets must be leashed or tied-up when outside, with tie no longer than 10 ft. and unable to reach the gravel street or another camp site. Dogs are not allowed on docks, inside any building or on the beach when children are present.
Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in shower stalls.
Loose, unattended and/or excessively barking dogs are grounds for eviction.
Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Anyone caught or reported as not doing so, will be charged a $20 clean-up fee. You will find pet waste bags in dispensers throughout the park.
Aggressive animals are prohibited. Management may request photos of your animal(s) prior to accepting a reservation.
Due to our insurance restrictions, we cannot allow certain breeds (or mixed breeds) on our grounds at Ko-Ket Resort.
These breeds include but may not be limited to:
Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Fila Brasilerio, German Sheppard, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Shar-pei, Siberian Husky, Wolf Dog
Trained and Certified Service Dogs are the ONLY exception, with a signed liability waiver. Please know you may be asked to leave if you bring an aggressive and/or restricted breed dog listed above.
