RV Sites: There is a one night charge for all cancellations. If reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date we will refund your money, less a one night fee if renters can be found to fill your cancelled reservation dates. No partial refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals. No Shows will be charged the full amount.

Cabins: ALL reservations require a 50% deposit when made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are fully refundable (minus 5% reservation fee) up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your arrival, no refunds will be given unless we are able to re-rent your cottage for the whole period (minus a 5% reservation fee).
