You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking at no cost.

To cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your deposit minus a booking cancelation fee of $20.00 you must cancel prior to 5pm, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (cancellation deadline.)

No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline.

No show. If you have not arrived within 24 hours after your scheduled arrival date and you have not notified campground of your anticipated delay and arrival time, campground may release your campsite, and all deposit will be forfeit.

Any partial cancellation of a reservation prior to the cancellation deadline will incur a $10.00 fee.

Any modification of the reservation after the cancellation deadline, will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit and you may be liable for the full contracted amount of your reservation.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.

Rules & regulations

Good health advisory: This campground has safety measures to protect you, other campers, visitors, and staff. An inherent risk of exposure to contagious diseases exists in any public place where people may gather. While visiting campground everyone shall adhere to all signage and warnings regarding public safety measures. Availability of features and specific limitations due to health and safety concerns may not be adequate for your needs. Please call campground to discuss specific limitations that may currently be in place during your visit. By entering the campground, you voluntarily assume all risks.

RVs & other vehicles: Late model recreational vehicles are allowed but may be turned away based on disrepair at arrival in the sole discretion of the campground manager. Only one primary recreational vehicle, park model, camper, trailer, van, tent (collectively “Unit”) per campsite is permitted and one smaller vehicle for personal use.

Campsite: The space that is approved and registered at the beginning of the Term for a particular campsite is the only space that may be used by the camper (campsite). Site registration is for one (1) RV and one (1) tow vehicle and up to four (4) occupants. Extra occupants, vehicles, boats, and trailers will be charged an additional amount and may not be allowed in the site. Portable type canvas screen rooms are not allowed. Wheels may not be removed from any vehicle in the campground. Park models may not be skirted without campground manager permission and then only with approved breakaway skirting. Likewise, no decking, satellite dish, and any other exterior improvements or decorations shall be visible outside the recreational vehicle without prior written approval of the campground manager. Electric, water, TV cable, and telephone hookups must be able to be disconnected easily. No permanent wiring or connections are permitted. The exterior of the campsite must be kept clean. Do not dump/pour BBQ ashes, non-potable water, grease, or food in the grass or landscaping.

Restrooms/Showers: We ask your cooperation in keeping the restrooms and showers clean. Please pick up after yourself and no washing of pets, dishes, laundry, or recreational equipment in the restroom/shower facilities. No hair or clothes dye can be used in the bathrooms, bathhouses, or laundry rooms.

Campfires: Campfires are allowed in provided fire rings or fire pits only. Fire rings or fire pits may not be moved by the camper. campfires are subject to governmental burn bans. Campfire wood may be placed neatly outside next to your RV. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the campground.

Visitors Policy: All visitors must register at the camp store/office prior to each visit. Visitors are camping guests, adults or children, who are not registered campers who visit anytime during day visiting hours (9:00am to 11:00pm) when a registered adult camper is on the premises. Registered campers are responsible for their visitors and their visitors’ behavior. All of camper’s visitors are required to adhere to the campground rules and regulations. Campers may come to the office in advance of their visitor’s arrival and purchase a visitor pass, and/or visitor parking pass to be given to their visitor by the office personnel upon their arrival, to provide their visitor with admission. All visitors with vehicles must obtain a parking pass from the campground office. Visitors must display their parking pass and park in the designated parking areas. Visitors are required to be off the campground premises from 11:00p.m to 9:00 a.m. Each admitted visitor is entitled to attend non-fee activities and use the facilities according to policy. Adult visitors admitted with overnight visitor pass are required to stay inside the camping unit. Children overnight visitors are permitted to stay in a pup tent on the campsite; however, any tents housing adults are considered separate camping entities and are required to register at the current tent camping rate.

Drivers: Only those who are age 16 & over, with a valid driver’s license, with proof of insurance, may operate electrical carts or any vehicle inside the campground. All vehicles must be insured and operated in a responsible manner. Vehicle repairs requiring any disassembly of parts, including changing of vehicle fluids, are prohibited. ATV/UTV’s are allowed at sites but must use common roadways and will be restricted to speed of 5 MPH. This will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the campground and a forfeiture of amounts paid.

Pets: Service animals (dogs or mini-horses) are not included in the definition of “Pets.” House pets are allowed on campsites with a limit of 2 per campsite at any given time during the stay. An additional pet fee per renewal period may be required. Emotional support animals are not service animals. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, or pool area. Campers are solely responsible for their pets’ and animals’ behavior. Noisy, aggressive, vicious, unruly, poisonous, or dangerous pets will not be allowed to remain in the campground. Campers may walk their pets, but pets shall always be on a leash of not more than 6 feet. At other times, all pets shall be kept either inside the RV or on a leash that confines them to the campsite. Leash CANNOT be an electric leash/fence. Habitual barking bothers other campers. Please do not allow your pet to continuously bark. Pets running at large may be picked up by the animal control department. Campground may reject animals that may be dangerous or aggressive at campground manager’s sole discretion. Campground shall not be liable for any harm, injury, or death of a pet caused by agents, employees, campers, or their Visitors. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. There will be a $25.00 fee for not cleaning up after your pet. Campers agree to the additional terms of the campground pet policy.

Short term utilities: Campground provides electrical hookups and meters on each campsite. The water and power connections for your site are for your use. You may not connect to power, water, or sewer connections designated to any other site. Campers must provide the hookup from their equipment to the utility pedestal. Excessive electrical usage (over 20kwh/day) may result in an additional electrical usage charge but shall otherwise be included in the nightly camp rate. Water conservation practices are requested from all campers and Visitors. Wasting of water is a violation of campground rules. Campers shall, whenever possible, hook up watering devices to the deduct meters or water bibs provided throughout the campground.

Advertising, soliciting, and commercial business: Advertising, soliciting, or delivering of handbills by campers is allowed only with written permission from the campground Manager which must be renewed each year and is not assignable. No unauthorized commercial enterprise or business may be conducted by campers in the campground.

Trash removal: Trash is removed from the campground at designated times. Campers are responsible for putting their trash at the proper pickup location. Campers shall arrange and pay for removal of large, bulky, or heavy items.

Right of entry: Campground manager may enter onto any campsite to perform maintenance and repairs during reasonable times (any time for emergencies) but will attempt to do so in a manner that minimizes inconvenience to camper.

Camping etiquette: All campers shall comply with proper camping etiquette at all times and respect the right of others to enjoy the quiet and peaceful use of the Campground. Unreasonably loud talking; inappropriate or abusive language; shouting; generators, loud radios, televisions, and stereos; and other disturbing noises are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am.

Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and conduct at all times: Parents are responsible for any and all damage caused by their children. Children of visitors or visitors are under the combined responsibility of their parents and the camper they are visiting. Violations of these rules or any other campground rules and requests by management may result in camper’s immediate removal from the campground and forfeiture of all payments.

Lodge building, pavilion, and recreation facilities: If the campground has a lodge building, pavilion or recreation facility (recreation center), its facilities are available to campers and their visitors on a first come, first served basis and campground manager designates it as open to campers. Fees and deposits may apply. Use of the recreation center may be exclusive by fee and appointment and will be open to anyone designated by the campground manager. Reservations for private parties and gatherings should be made in advance whenever possible. Any camper using the recreation center shall leave it in an orderly, clean, and undamaged condition. Campers shall be liable for all expenses of repair of any damage, resulting from their use of the recreation center. Use of the facility shall not disturb the peace and quiet of other campers. Recreational facilities within the campground are available for use by campers and their visitors. Campers are responsible to ensure that their visitors observe all applicable rules.

Recreational use of campground: Campground is intended for camping and recreational activities. Many recreational activities are inherently more dangerous to the recreator and others around the recreator than other daily activities. Therefore, participants and others in the vicinity are responsible for the following:

a) Accepting the risks inherent in the activity they are engaged in and in the surrounding vicinity of activities observed.

b) Be aware of the limits of your and your family members abilities.

c) Heed all warnings regarding the activities.

d) Maintain control of your person and equipment children and animals.

e) Refrain yourself, family members and visitors from activity or excesses that endanger yourself, themselves or others.

f) Remember you have agreed to protect and indemnify campground for your, your children’s and visitors’ damages resulting from use of the campgrounds. Be safe and mindful of the safety of others.

Mail delivery. Outgoing mail may be placed in a designated mail basket in the main office. Campground may but has no obligation to forward any mail that is delivered after camper departs the campground. Campers shall not use campground manager as their legal address. Campground manager assumes no responsibility for camper’s mail.
