Rules & regulations

We are currently working on offering high speed internet at our park. We will update once we have it installed.

Each site is allowed two vehicles. Please let us know if you need more, a fee may apply.

All sites have utilities. Anyone staying longer than a week will incur utility charges.

PETS: A guest may have no more than two pets on the Property. All pets on the Property or in the Campground must be leashed at all times and under the guest’s care. Pets that are left unattended must be indoors. Guest must clean up after Guest’s pet(s). Any Guest that does not clean up their waste will incur a $25 per incident fine. Poop bags must be disposed of at your site, not in public garbage cans. Guest must submit proper up-to-date shot records to Park Management for filing. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Guest’s pet(s). Park Management, at any time, may request a pet be removed from the Property or the Campground. Pets must be quiet, and we ask you please clean up after them. Pet owner must sign the park’s “Pet Policy” agreement. We do not allow aggressive breed dogs on property. Our insurance will not allow certain aggressive breeds. If you feel you have an aggressive breed such as Rottweiler, Pit Bull, etc. please leave them with a sitter.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The speed limit in the park is 10 miles per hour. Guest is responsible for Guest’s visitors, invitees and family members’ compliance with the speed limit in the Campground.

Guest is not allowed to cut or remove any trees, flowers, shrubs, foliage or any other similar item without prior written approval from Park Management. The creek is the park boundary, your welcome to wade or play in the creek, search for arrowheads or sharks teeth and explore the woods. You are not allowed to cut trees or dig anywhere in the park.

Guest must accompany at all times any children under the age of ten (10) on the Property or in the Campground. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Guest’s children, guests, invitees or other family members.

Portable air conditioners, generators, electric hot water heaters, electric stoves, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and electric space heaters are not allowed on the Property or in Guest’s camper or trailer, except for those generators and/or appliances professionally installed in Guest’s RV or camper are allowed. Under no circumstance are Guests allowed to use permanent structures, dog pens, store items visibly under their rig.

Guest may not leave outside camp lights on all night.

Quiet time in the Campground is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Guest may not play loud music or make any other similar loud noises during quiet time.

Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Check-in time is 1 pm. Early check-in and late check-out fees will apply talk to management for fee structure.

All guests must submit a current driver’s license as well as any overnight occupants on site. We will run a security check on everyone in our park.

No refunds are given to early departures and all fees are due prior to check-in. Any Guest that is delinquent 3 days from non-payment gives Kelly Creek RV Park the right to tow the rig to storage, all towing fees and storage fees will be paid by the guest.

Our camping agreement will renew every 30 days. Prices are based on 2 adult occupants; any additional residents may incur a $3 per day fee. All fees are paid in advance.

Guests may not have more than one refrigerator in their RV without prior written approval from Park Management.

Guest must keep all fires within the fire pit, fire ring or fireplace. Guest must extinguish all fires prior to leaving the campfire and property. All fires must be safely maintained. The burning of anything other than wood is prohibited.

No one shall drive motor vehicle on the grass.

There will be no washing of vehicles, which includes but is not limited to boats, trucks, cars, SUVs, etc.

Guest will park his or her vehicles at Guest’s Property. A fee may apply.

There will be one trailer/camper/RV per site and up to two vehicles, with Park Management’s permission. No tents are allowed.

Guest and Guest’s visitors, invitees and family members must wear helmets while bicycle riding within the Campground.

Motorized pleasure vehicles (e.g., ATV’s, mini bikes, go carts, etc.) are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Electric golf Carts are allowed, but must stay on gravel road.

Guest is not allowed to have an unlicensed person operate a vehicle on the Property or in the Campground.

Dangerous materials are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Guest shall not at any time have anything of a dangerous, inflammable or explosive character on the Property or in the Campground.

Firearms are not allowed to be visible or heard on the Property or in the Campground.

Fireworks are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

Guest may not allow a minor to consume or possess alcohol on the Property or in the Campground.

Illegal or non-prescription drugs are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Any alcoholic beverage must be contained in a cup or koozie.

Unruly, rowdy, immoral, lascivious or intolerable behavior is not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Guest and Guest’s visitors, invitees and/or family members are to conduct themselves in a respectable manner. Domestic disputes will be asked to immediately leave the Campground.

Park Management reserves the right to remove any person from the Property or the Campground for any violation of these rules or regulations at any time. Those who are told to leave the campground must do so immediately.
