No cooking on the tables.  No fires, BBQs, stoves or grills on any tables.  Heat melts the plastic tables and grease splatter is impossible to clean off the wood tables.  Damaged tables cost $450 dollars to replace.  No wood fires due to smoke wandering into other camp sites; propane fires and bbq grills are allowed.  We have a smokeless community firepit on the grassy area just east of the dog park, wood is provided.

No Smoking in the laundry, bathrooms or pool area, please be respectful of your neighbors.  The trash dumpster is near the pool/laundry area where we also have a metal ash can for ash/charcoal collection.  Pets: Please keep them leashed and cleaned up after immediately.  No pets in any buildings, office or pool area.  We provide an off-leash pet area in the NW corner of the park, with bags and a trash can.  The area is lit all night.

No washing of cars or RV’s.    No vehicle maintenance    Speed limit of 5mph in the park, if you see dust slow down.  Sewer connections need to be properly attached and sealed, no open lines stuffed into the sewer connection.  No clothes lines or other rope/wires/lines hanging between RVs, trees and sites.  We strongly encourage all new check-ins to arrive prior to sunset, to avoid disturbing others and help safely park.

This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injuiry to his person arising out of the use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities..
