House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Please refrain from trying to contact alien life forms without permission from the resort staff. We don't want any intergalactic misunderstandings.
No spacewalking after consuming too much space wine. We don't want anyone getting lost in the stars.
In the event of a meteor shower, guests are encouraged to use the resort-provided laser guns for defense. But please, no blasting at each other.
Please do not attempt to launch yourself into orbit using the resort's trampolines. We're not responsible for any unexpected space adventures.
Zero gravity yoga classes are available, but please make sure to hold onto your mat or you might find yourself in a different galaxy.
Guests are encouraged to participate in the annual "Starship Troopers" cosplay contest, but please keep it family-friendly. No bug guts allowed in the cabins.
Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds for motion sicknesses. Both the ride to the ISS and the time spent there in zero gravity can result in motion sickness; however, no refunds will be issued. It’s space after all.
Rules & regulations
Spacewalks are allowed at scheduled times only. Use of the space suit will be required during all spacewalks. One space suit is provided as a courtesy but repairs will be provided at an extra charge.
Space suits should only be worn in preparation for space walks. All space suits must be cleaned after use. Any suit requiring extra cleaning will incur a $500 charge.
No smoking, vaping or use of alcohol at the resort.
