Policies
The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, future modifications may be necessary. Please obey the RV Park rules so everyone’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
VEHICLES ON SITE
Limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle
If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not extend beyond your site. Management must approve a third vehicle, which shall be parked in a designated area.
Well maintained
The RV must be in excellent overall condition. Acceptance into the park is at the sole discretion of the resort management.
COURTESY
Quiet time: 10pm-8am
You may be asked to leave if this is not respected
Garbage
Promptly put all garbage in the dumpster
Outdoor items
Only furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed. Our park staff work hard to keep sites clean and free of debris. Please help by avoiding clutter such as boxes, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc.
Speed limit 5 miles per hour
NOT ALLOWED
No clothes lines or hanging laundry
No appliances outside the RV
No storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under your rig if kept orderly)
No alcohol outside of your site
No fireworks
No repairs or maintenance may be done in the park, except by park approved mobile services. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the park
No Parking in common areas or unoccupied sites
PETS
Pets are welcome but must be kept on 6-foot max leashes and must not be left unattended. Pets must relieve themselves outside of the RV Park sites and RV guests are required to immediately clean up and dispose of all pet droppings.
Pets are not allowed in any Iron Springs Resort buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They may not be left outside of such areas.
Limit to two pets. No large dog breeds (over 55 pounds). No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans. Any dog breed that acts aggressive is not permitted. If you dog exhibits this type of behavior, the management will ask you to find other accommodations.
