Icicle River RV Resort is nestled in the Cascade Mountains just 120 miles east of Seattle, Washington. We are located on 50 acres in some of the most beautiful scenery in the West. Within the Leavenworth area, there are wineries, orchards, lakes and streams, hiking trails, and natural climbing walls, Icicle River RV Resort has become a favorite camping spot for those who appreciate the beautiful outdoors. Leavenworth Golf Course, a beautiful 18-hole regulation course open to the public, is located 2 miles away. The Bavarian village of Leavenworth is 3 miles from our park and offers fabulous shopping, dining, and theme-oriented festivals throughout the year.
The Icicle River runs right through the park itself providing a river’s edge access and wildlife viewing. Enjoy an evening campfire while watching for deer, mountain goats, and even an occasional black bear!
Among our 75+ RV sites and 8 cabins, we also have laundry facilities, cable TV, a hot tub, clean bathrooms, showers, and free Wi-Fi internet access. No tents allowed.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Early Departures or Reduction of nights booked will not be refunded unless you request no less than 7 days in advance of your date of arrival.
A cancellation fee of $23.50 will be deducted from your deposit provided the request is within the timeline from when your reservation was made up to but no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the set timeline is not met, a non-refundable payment equal to the two-night stay will be deducted from your deposit.
Holiday and/or Festival reservations cancelled from the time when the reservation was made but not less than 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, a $23.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit. If the cancellation set timeline is not met, there will be a two-night fee deducted from your deposit.
“NO SHOW” and cancellations on the day of arrival are subjected to a forfeiture of the entire amount paid for the reservation.
Rescheduling of a reservation, reduction of nights booked, and/or site change will be permitted twice provided notification no later than 7 days prior to the original date of arrival.
Nightly fees can be subject to change for a revision to your reservation and/or if you are already in the park and are requesting changes.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are non-transferable to other parties. NO EXCEPTION!
Rules & regulations
CHECK-IN time is 2:00 pm and CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am. Early arrival and/or late check-out must be authorized by Icicle River RV Resort at least one day prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 fee and applicable taxes will be charged for the early check-in and late-check-out. The late check-out departure is prior to 1:00 pm.
The nightly rates are based on 1 or 2 people, 1 RV and a licensed vehicle on the site (only 1 vehicle is allowed to park on a the site). Site use is limited to 5 people maximum.
You must notify the office in advanced for all visiting guest(s) and extra vehicle(s). Additional fees will apply.
Visitors must check-in at the office to obtain a ‘green’ visitor/vehicle pass. Visiting guest vehicle must park in the overflow designated areas.
There is a limit of no more than 3 pets per RV site.
No Tents or outdoor camping will be permitted.
The park quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Special Events and Weekend reservations must be at least for 2 nights or more.
Holidays reservations must be at least 3 nights or more. (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
CHECK-IN 2:00PM AND CHECK-OUT 11:00AM:
Early arrival or late check-out must be arranged and authorized by the office at least one day prior to your scheduled arrival date. An additional $25.00 fee plus applicable taxes will be charged for an authorized early check-in or late-check out.
RV SITES
The base rate is based for one or two people on the site (children 5 yrs and under are free).
VEHICLES
All vehicles must stop at the registration office and obtain a vehicle pass. The base rate pays for up to two licensed vehicles. (All licensed trailers are considered licensed vehicles).
VISITOR
Your visitors must check in at the registration office. They are welcome to visit you at the park until 10:00 pm. Visitor vehicles are to park in our overflow park area. No vehicles may parked on any empty site or on the grass.
PETS
Dog and Cats are welcome. Your pets must be always leashed. Do not let your pet disturb your neighbors. Be courteous, pick up your pets’ waste. There is a limit of no more than 3 pets per rv site.
TENTS & CARPET MATS
Ground tents are not permitted in any area of the park. RV mats that are breathable may be placed on grass.
CAMPFIRES
CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED IN THIS PARK in sites that have a fire ring. Douse fires before leaving. You can bring a propane fire pit only for sites that do not have a fire ring. Do not put trash or plastic in fire rings. Cutting any of the park tree branches or shrubbery is not permitted
SPA
Hours are 9:30a – 9:30p. Turn off and cover spa after use. No one under age 14 is allowed in spa.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect your neighbors.
PAY PARKING
Guest visiting for the day is required to pay a $5 Day Pass fee.
LINES
Trees, fences, and utility standards must be kept free of all ropes and lines or pet leashes at all times. No clothes lines or hanging of towels or clothing outside your RV.
FULLY CONTAINED RECREATION VEHICLES ONLY:
We are licensed as an Rv park for fully self-contained Rv’s, including vans, tent trailers and truck campers displaying the RVIA Certification Seal only. Rigs must be in good operation condition and appearance.
TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY AREA OF THE PARK.
