Policies
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled check-in are non-refundable. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check-in is considered to be 12:00 pm (noon) on the scheduled arrival date.
Please note: We cannot offer refunds for early check-outs or no-shows.

Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Any past-due rent is billed at the daily rate.
Restrooms and showers are available to registered tenants only.
The laundry facility is available to registered tenants only.
Personal mail will not be accepted by the office. Packages will be accepted at the office, but must be picked up within 5 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We have zero tolerance for drug use or possession. Violations will be reported to the police.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your guests and children obey community rules.
Guests must register with the office before entering the property.
No loud music in homes or cars that can be heard or disrupt other tenants.
No electrical appliances (refrigerators, freezers, etc.) running outside of campers.
No space heaters to prevent electrical problems or fires.
No campfires.
Pets:
If pets are outside they must be on a leash guided by the owner.
You must pick up all feces and other trash created by your pet.
We do not allow aggressive breeds on the property.
Vehicles:
All vehicles must be parked on your own lot. Parking on other lots is not allowed.
Vehicles must have current tags and be operational to be parked on the property.
The speed limit for the property is 5 MPH.
Off-highway vehicles may not be used on the property.
Approval is required to park more than 2 vehicles or any boats, trailers, etc. on the property.
Yards:
Yards must be kept clean at all times.
No pools, trampolines, swing sets, basketball stands, etc. allowed without approval.
Trash:
Trash cans and trash bags are not permitted to be kept outside the RV/camper at any time.
Trash bags are required for trash placed in the dumpster.
Trash needs to go inside the dumpster, not beside or behind it.
Trash that is dumped outside the dumpster or non-household items dumped in the dumpster will be subject to a $100 dumping fine.
Please contact management if you see any non-residents using the dumpster.
