House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Full refund (less reservation fee) issued when the guest provides a 5-day notice prior to the departure date.
Rules & regulations
Checkout Time: 11AM. Please make arrangements with the office if you plan on staying later than your planned date.
Speed limit: 5 MPH
Parking: In designated areas only. Each site accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. Guest/Daily parking available throughout the property.
Quiet Time: 10PM-7AM. Noise must be kept to a minimum during this time.
Grass: DO NOT drive or park on grass! Keep everything off the grassy areas. Do not place anything in the trees.
Trash: Dumpsters are located in front of the resort. There is a $20 fee for littering outside of the marked dumpsters or trash cans.
Cleanliness: No outside storage sheds or appliances. Outside items must be stored under your RV. You are responsible for maintaining a clean pad during your stay and upon your departure.
Washing RVs is prohibited unless done by a licensed professional. See office managers during stay for details.
Picnic Tables/Benches: Do not remove from the pad or place on the grass.
NO construction or vehicle mechanical work is allowed on property.
Do not feed wildlife.
Mail: Incoming mail is received daily.
Satellite TV: Available at all sites.
Laundry: Open 24/7.
Propane: On property for purchase. See office for details.
RV Restrictions: Any RV 10 or more years old must be pre-approved by management. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based on appearance and/or condition. No tent camping, pop-up trailers, or truck campers. All RVs must be self-sustaining.
Pet Rules
We welcome only non-aggressive pets. They must be secured on a leash, never left unattended, and you are required to clean up and dispose of any mess immediately. Pets are not allowed in buildings. If walking your dog, please respect other's privacy and property. There is a $20 fee for non-compliance.
