Policies
Under 48 hours of your reservation -no refund.
3-7 Days before reservation you receive 50% refund.
At least 1 Week before your reservation you will receive 90% refund.
Check in is 2:00PM
Check out 12:00PM
Late check ins are allowed at any time, please contact the park office for instructions.
Tenants and Guests are responsible for any and all damages or injury caused by or to themselves, their children and/or pets.
Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the Landlord harmless and indemnify Landlord against the same.
The Park is not held responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any persons who does not comply to our rules and policies.
All guests must register at the office upon arrival.
All Motorhomes, RV, and Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
Tents are only allowed on site with RVs. Maximum 1 tent per site plus a $10 per day fee.
Total number of guests in any site at one time cannot exceed the maximum capacity of that site.
Maximum of 12 people total at any site at any time.
Visitors are welcome from 8am-11pm. No overnight guests.
Clothesline are NOT ALLOWED!
Guests may not hang anything from trees.
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Cigarette butts are to be put in a receptacle NOT ON THE GROUND
Only 1 RV and maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at any site at a time.
All trash is to be disposed of in trash dumpsters that are provided.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or any extra vehicles are not allowed at site. Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot.
Be mindful of fires. Follow all warnings about fire bans when in effect.
DO NOT plug anything except your RV into electrical pedestal unless APPROVED by management !!
Keep music and conversing at a level not to bother others.
Anyone bringing BAD Publicity to our park WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to stay it will mean immediate eviction for all involved!
SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH FOR YOUR AND OUR SAFETY !!
Pet Policy:
Keep all animals on a leash at all times.
NO animals with any sign of aggression will be allowed to stay in park.
NO annoying (excessive barking) is allowed to stay in the park.
Maximum of 2 pets per site.
