Standard RV Site

All Standard Sites have a picnic table and free Wi-Fi. Electric, water and sewer available for connection on each site. We offer a variety of locations throughout the park. Guests are welcome to bring 1 pet per site, pet must be 20 pounds or less. Some sites accommodate slide outs on both sides, some on one side and some sites do not accommodate any slide outs.

Premium - Concrete - Shaded RV Site

All Premium Sites are Pull-Through to accommodate larger RV's, Toy Haulers and those pulling vehicles. Picnic table and concrete patio provided. Close to pool, new bath house and laundry. Guests are welcome to bring 1 pet per site, pet must be 20 pounds or less. Please remember that Holiday Springs RV Resort is a 55+ community, and all guests must abide by our terms and conditions.

Please contact us 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. Failure to give 30 day notice of cancellation will result in deposit forfeiture.

Rules & Regulations

Holiday Springs RV Resort is a 55+ community.

1 pet, 20lbs at maturity is allowed. When outdoors, pets must be on leash with owner and pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.

Water, sewer, electric and wifi are included with weekly and / or daily stays.

We do NOT provide cable tv.
