Check-Out 12:00 PM

Registration: Check-in time begins at 1:00 PM strictly enforced. Persons registered are responsible for their guests’ conduct. All visiting guests of members must first be signed in at the office prior to arrival.

Vehicle Pass: All vehicles must display a vehicle pass on rear view mirror. No more than 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles must purchase a day parking pass at the office ($5.00 per day) and will be instructed where to park.

Gate Card: Each site registered will receive ONE gate card to enter and leave property. An additional card can be issued with a $25.00 DEPOSIT per card. All cards must be returned to office at check-out. There will be a charge of $25.00 for any cards not returned to the office.

Speed Limit: Please observe the property speed limit of 10 miles per hour. We love our children and our animals and wish for them to remain safe while crossing streets.

Pets: All pets must be on a leash. You must clean up after your pet. No unattended pets allowed in campers or boats. No aggressive breeds allowed at all in campground. 

Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages in open camping area. All alcoholic beverages must be kept confined within one’s camper and not openly displayed.

Campfires: SMALL campfires are allowed in designated fire rings ONLY. Campfires cannot be left unattended. Do not leave a campfire smoking or burning. The fire pits are not to be used for trash. 

Swimming: Swimming is permitted at your own risk. No lifeguards on duty. No swimming near or off of docks. No swimming near or on break wall. No swimming near boat loading ramps.

Off-Road Vehicles: All off-road vehicles, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates are prohibited on the grounds. Bicyclists must wear helmets. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on golf carts. Golf carts must be driven by a person with a valid drivers license.

Quiet Time: Is from 10 PM to7 AM. Please be considerate of others. This is strictly enforced.

Clotheslines: Are prohibited on property. No hanging lines or clothes.

Garbage: There is no garbage pick-up. Please take all garbage to the dumpster at the front entrance. If you leave garbage behind on site at checkout, including inside the firepit, there will be a $25 fee for the cleanup of your garbage.  

LP Gas: There is no LP Gas refill station on property. The gas station on Main Street can refill them or Robby’s LP Gas located on Main Street.

Camper Storage: We offer camper storage for a monthly fee. This is strictly storage, it is not hooked up to any electric or water.

Docks: Boat docks are for boat storage customers ONLY! Do not fish or walk on any boat docks.

Bathhouse and Laundry facilities are on site.

Courtesy Boat Dock is available for $20/night. No boats permitted to be parked on campsites.

THERE IS NO DUMPING OF GREY OR BLACK WATER ALLOWED ON SITES. Violations of this rule will result in immediate removal from property.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Smoking: PROHIBITED! NO SMOKING! If there is any indication of smoking the customer will forfeit the entire deposit.

Pets: Pets are only allowed in Cabin #1. NO pets in any other cabin. If there is an indication of pets the customer will forfeit entire deposit.

Courtesy Dock: We offer a courtesy dock to park ONE boat per cabin. This dock is located behind Cabin 5 on the water. Please park trailer for boat between your assigned cabin and the one next to it.

Concierge Service: We do not offer a concierge service. Housekeeping cleans the cabin after check-out. If you would like to clean your towels during your stay there is a coin operated laundry room located near the front office.

Check out: Please make sure all food is removed from cabinets and refrigerator. Please take your trash out to the outdoor cans located in the center of the cabin parking lot. Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
