Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort

Overnight/weekly reservations must have RVs that are no older than 15 years old. They must be free of mildew and/or damage. Must be in clean condition. Management reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your RV doesn't meet the conditions.

Payment of Rent: Rental payments are to be paid in full when booking online. 

Weather: Nightly rentals are not eligible for refund due to cancelled or shortened stays related to weather unless extreme conditions in the Fayetteville area cause a lack of electricity and/or damage to RV sites, cabins or treehouses enough that reservations cannot be honored. 

Wi-Fi:  Wi-Fi is complimentary. There will be no refund of RV site, cabin or treehouse rentals for unavailable or interrupted service.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in cabins or treehouses. If you smoke in a cabin or treehouse, you will be held responsible for the charge to deodorize and clean rugs and furniture as well as the deep cleaning process. This is a $500 fee.

Cabin/Treehouse Care: Housekeeping services are not provided daily. We guarantee our cabins or treehouses to be clean and ready upon arrival. Your credit card will be on hold and you will be charged for repairs and/or replacement of any items damaged or stolen.

RV Site Care: No parking on the grass at your RV site. If you need additional parking, please see Management for additional parking arrangements. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. Trash should never be left outside or in your firepit. No vehicle repair at your site.

Minimum Age Requirement: No cabins or treehouses will be rented to anyone under the age of 21. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in eviction and the forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits.

No Underage Drinking/Illegal Drugs: If management is made aware of underage drinking or illegal drugs on the property, it will be reported to proper authorities and will result in eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits.

Security of Personal Property: The park and its staff are not responsible for any acts of vandalism, theft or other damages to personal property or for personal items left by a guest at an RV site, tent site, in a cabin or treehouse. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or theft that may occur during your visit.

Swimming Pool & Playground: The pool has no lifeguard so please swim wisely and obey all signs posted. We have a playground for your children to enjoy, but you are responsible for your children. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries of any persons on our playground area.

General camping risks: We are a nature surround facility so please be advised that you may be exposed to animals, insects and reptiles that live in this area.

Pet Policy: Pets waste must always be picked up and disposed of properly and immediately. Dogs must be on a leash and must not be left outside unattended. You are responsible for your dog while at the dog park. Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries while at the dog park. 

Incidentals/Damages: Your credit card information will be on hold for money owed for incidentals or damages done to property. This includes RV sites, cabin & treehouse rentals.

Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

No Show Policy: Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
