Policies
Guests can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Rules & regulations
Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct
Noise: Please respect other guests' peace and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Failure to comply can result in a fee and/or removal from resort premises.
Facilities: Guests must follow all posted rules and regulations when using resort facilities.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash in public areas and are not allowed in certain facilities. Please clean up after your pets.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the resort property.
Hidden Springs RV Resort is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' property during their stay, except as required by law.
Safety and Security
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff, especially related to pool use, fire pits, and outdoor activities.
Firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
RV Site Use
Only one RV and one vehicle per site, unless otherwise stated.
Sites must be kept clean and tidy, and all trash must be disposed of properly.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Hidden Springs RV Resort reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the local jurisdiction.
