Policies
Weekday/Weekend: 8 or more days notice - $15 cancellation fee. Seven days or less notice - no refund.
Weekly: 30 or more days notice - $15 cancellation fee. Eight to 29 days notice - $62 fee per week. Seven days or less notice - no refund.
Holidays: Full payment due at booking - 30 or more days notice - $15 cancellation fee. 29 days or less notice no refund.
Park Model: 60 or more days notice - $15 cancellation fee. Eight to 59 days notice - $150 fee per month. Seven days or less notice - no refund.
No refunds for early departure. Full payment is due for no-shows and will be billed to the card on file.
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATV’S, 4-WHEELERS, GOLF CARTS, ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. You will be asked to park them in the RV lot or remove from the property.
We realize our golf course is very enticing and beautiful. However, for the safety of our guests, and a courtesy to our golfers, people and pets are not allowed on the golf course at any time unless you have a tee time and are golfing. Children are not allowed to play on the course or ride bikes through the course. This is a separate entity of Hickory Ridge and is considered private property. Please ensure that if you have guests visiting you while camping they are aware of this also. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
All guests must check in at the office and obtain a day parking pass. No more than 2 vehicles per site are allowed. Overflow parking is located at the RV office lot.
Please pull your camper in as far as you can on the stone in your space. This will allow you to get one vehicle on the stone. A second vehicle is allowed and we ask that you park as much on the stone as you can.
Trash is to be disposed in the dumpsters located at the RV office and at the Padelford Rd. section upon check out or as needed.
The speed limit is 5 mph.
Quiet time is 10pm.
The pool is open during business hours of the RV office. Keep in mind, if the store has to close for any reason or if there is an outside wedding, the pool will not be open. No life guard is on duty and swimmers swim at their own risk. At least 2 people over the age of 18 must be present in the pool at all times if you want to swim (this is a NYS law). Per our health department, all swimmers must sign in and out in the RV office. A complete list of pool rules is available in the RV office.
