Beach Area BYOB! Bring your own beach and pool towels. Towels and blankets provided in cottages are for cottage use only.

Boat, Sport Rental Pontoon, bass boat, fishing boat, raft, kayaks, hydro-bikes and wake board.

Financial Responsibility Registered guest is responsible for damage done by any member of their party.

Firepit Community firepit located by the beach/lake area.

Fish Cleaning Onsite fish cleaning house.

• NO fish cleaning or fish frying in cabins, porches or on decks.

• Fisher(wo)men bring your own outside deep fryer, or freeze to take home.

• Minimum but not limited $250.00 fee for cleaning or frying fish in cabins, in screened porches or on decks.

Golf Carts Rent to enjoy the resort grounds (do not leave resort premises) 16 years minimum age and driver's license required to drive golf cart. Golf carts are to get between destinations at Hickory Hill Resort and are not to be driven extended periods of time in a loop or cruising the resort property with no particular destination.

Marina Boat Dock Boat slip rental. Fuel sales.

Pets No pets, please because of existing resort dogs on property.

Smoking

• No smoking in cabins, on boat dock, or on boats parked at the dock.

• Do not burn candles in the cabins.

• No fireworks or fire crackers on premises.

Swimming Pool Seasonal pool.

• Enjoy the seasonal pool with a buddy system to swim at your own risk.

• Bathers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Valid Driver's License Required for check in and equipment rental.

Guests waive, release and discharge from any & all liability of injury or property loss or damage the following persons and entities: Hickory Hill Resort Kentucky Lake, St. Michael LLC, Fredrick Properties LLC, 1st Ky Realty LLC, any associated owner, agent or worker. Guest further attests to be responsible for all members of their party and have reported the correct number of people on the reservation. There will be a minimum but not limited $1,000 charge for smoking or vaping in the buildings located at Hickory Hill Resort Kentucky Lake. Royal spa products may be stocked in your shower. They are for your use while on property. We hope you enjoy them and want to purchase product to take home. If we discover the bottle missing, after you have departed, you agree to be charged $19.95 + tax per bottle no matter the content remaining.
