HAVE FUN ! There are lots of amenities to enjoy at the Hi-Line Resort -- Swimming Pool, Crappie Fishing House, General Store, Bait Shop, Boat Ramp, Frisbee Golf, Horse Shoes, Cornhole, Community Fire Pit, Hiking trails, and More. Bring your appetite for our famous seafood restaurant, Krab Kingz on the Lake.
OFFICE HOURS are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Hi-Line Phone is 325.379.1065. In case of an emergency associated with your accommodation, please call 325-379-1065. In case of a life emergency, call 911.
VISITORS: All Day Visitors not staying in a Cabin or RV site MUST check-in with Guest Services and must pay a Visitor Pass fee.
CABIN OCCUPANCY: The number of cabin occupants must be disclosed at time of reservation and confirmed at check-in. Extra cabin occupant(s) can sometimes be accommodated in a cabin for an additional nightly fee. Please check with Guest Services to determine if an extra occupant is allowed in your cabin. Extra occupants not declared will be charged $60/person per night.
RV OCCUPANCY: The number of RV occupants must be disclosed at time of reservation and confirmed at check-in. An extra occupant may be added for an additional nightly fee. Extra occupants not declared will be charged $50/person per night.
PETS: It is mandatory that all pets remain on a leash when outside and owners must always pick up after their pets. Any violation of these policies will result in a $500 fee.
• For Cabins -- One pet is welcome and charged a nightly Pet Fee. Pets are only allowed IF under 40lbs and not an aggressive breed. A $100 fee is charged for all undeclared pets in addition to the nightly fee. Pets left alone in the cabin must be crated.
• For RV Sites -- One pet is welcome free of charge at your RV site IF pets are not an aggressive breed. A pet may never be tied up outside of an RV and left unattended. A 2nd pet is allowed for an additional nightly Pet Fee.
VEHICLES: ONE vehicle pass is allowed per cabin or RV site (not including your RV). Additional vehicle passes can be purchased from Guest Services.
NO Children may drive golf carts or four wheelers at the Hi-Line Lake Resort. You MUST be 16 as it is Texas State Law!
NO SMOKING in ANY Hi-Line building.
THE CRAPPIE HOUSE and fish cleaning station are open to our park guests at any time. Please DO NOT clean fish in or around the cabins. $25 fee charged for any fish cleaning in or around the cabins.
NO OPEN FIRES or camp fires except in a BBQ pit or the fire ring below the pool area.
SWIMMING POOL is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. CHILDREN UNDER 13 MUST HAVE AN ADULT WITH THEM TO SWIM IN THE POOL.
CLEANING. At Check-out, please remove all trash from your cabin or RV site and place trash in dumpsters located on the Hi-Line property. Extra cleaning fees apply for trash left behind or if excessive cleaning is required.
QUIET TIME: Please respect all Hi-Line guests by observing Quiet Time between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud radios or music allowed during this time.
DAMAGES: You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Hi-Line Resort is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables left in the cabins, RV sites or within the Hi-Line Resort premises.
