Heart of Texas RV Park

RV Reservations:

Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. All rates are based on a maximum of two persons. We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We will do our best to hold the site specified in your confirmation letter, however, we cannot guarantee that a site change will not be made. 

RV’s must be 10 years old or newer and at least 25’ minimum and 40’ maximum, (or reviewed by Management). The vehicle or home must be fully self-contained, well kept, and in good condition. Exceptions are made at the discretion of management, however, we reserve the right to deny entrance to any RVs that do not conform to the resort specifications.

All Guests:

Please be courteous and respectful toward the park facilities, staff, and other guests. The Park is not responsible for any damages or accidents incurred by guests or while using our facilities.

Pets are allowed but the Park does not allow animals deemed aggressive/threatening/or which attempt to bite. Pets must be on a leash at all times outside your RV/trailer. (See additional pet policies below)

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

1) Site fees and deposits are due in advance of stay. Check-out time is Noon.

QUIET HOURS/GUEST CONDUCT

2) Guests are expected to exhibit good conduct while on-premises. Please be courteous and do not disturb others.

3) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

4) Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is prohibited.

5) Profanity or violence towards other guests or Park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.

6) Use of Illegal drugs is prohibited on the property and may result in an immediate request to vacate the property.

7) Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the park.

8) All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

9) We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose RV/Trailer/Motorhome is deemed to be unacceptable.

VEHICLES

10) Speed limit is 5 mph in the RV Park. Multiple warnings may result in you or your guests being asked to leave.

11) Only 1 RV/trailer per space and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.

12) Please do not park your vehicle or trailer on an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. .  No vehicles are allowed to park on the drive after 10 pm.  Dry storage sites are available for additional trailers or boats for a fee.

13) Maintenance of RV’s or vehicles on the property is not allowed. This includes fluid changes.

14) Washing/rinsing of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.

15) We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

SITES

16) All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

17) The Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 8 people total at a site at any given time.

18) Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. Dry storage rental sites are available.                                  

19) No ATV’s, car-trailers, or Utility trailers are allowed on your site. 

PETS

20) There is a two-pet limit per RV Site.  No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.

21) Dogs and/or other pets must be on lead (leash) and under your control when outside your RV/camper, trailer.

22) Please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet at both your site and common areas. A Pet Station is provided for your convenience.

23) Excessive barking disturbs neighbors and may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

24) Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.

25) Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner(s) for any injury/damage caused by the pet(s).

26) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.      

OPEN FIRES

27) Open fires are not allowed in the park. Fires must be in fire-pits or designated areas.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS

28) Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. Firearms and/or any other type of weapons are prohibited in the park. Items seen

outside of your RV will result in you being asked to leave immediately without a refund.

TRASH DISPOSAL

29) Two dumpsters are available inside of the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put trash completely in the

trash container. If one container is full, please use the other.

GENERAL

30) Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.

31) Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

32) The Heart of Texas RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property

33) We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies

34) Management reserves the right to tow at the Owners Expense any RV or Vehicle that is in our park for nonpayment or for violation of our Rules & Regulations.

35) Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
