House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Reservations for the weeks of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day require a 3 night minimum with a daily holiday charge of $10. No refunds will be issued for holiday weekend cancellations.
All other reservation cancellations will incur a 1 night deposit fee.
Rules & regulations
ALL pets must be leashed at all times and all droppings must be picked up, bagged and placed in the trash.
1 pet is allowed only in the Rental Camper or Cabin with a one-time $50 pet fee. Pets are not allowed in the Single Wide Trailer.
Pets are allowed in the Cottages with a one-time $25.00 pet fee.
Check in for rental campers and cottages is 4 pm with checkout at 11 am. Check in for campsites is 2 pm with checkout at 12 pm.
Open fires are prohibited in Hatteras Village. However, you may use your own portable fire pit with a screen.
