House rules for a happy stay
Policies
For cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of your check-in date, you will receive a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee. There are no refunds provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
Rules & regulations
Check-In/Check-Out:
12pm (noon). We ask that overnight guests depart by 11:30 a.m. If you need to stay later, there is a $10 charge. Please let the office staff know if you need to stay longer.
Change Policy:
No service charges are applied for changes to your reservation.
Fires are only permitted in the fire rings.
Generators are not allowed to be run unless testing.
Observe campground quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Pets must be always kept on a leash. It is a requirement to clean up immediately after them.
Vehicles must stay on maintained roads and parking areas.
EVERYONE must maintain the 5 ½ MPH speed limit in the campground.
Garbage is not to be left outside of RV at any time. We do have a dumpster on property for ONLY bagged trash (no furniture or appliances).
Use of the pool during season is included in the daily/weekly fees. If you bring a guest, they will need to pay a discounted rate for pool use.
