Our campground is designed as a haven where families can immerse themselves in nature and agriculture, whether it’s for a day, a week, a month, or even an entire season.
At Happy Pastures, the fun starts right on site with an accessible barn housing a variety of farm animals. Families can engage hands-on by feeding and caring for the animals during designated chore times, providing a perfect blend of education and entertainment. Additionally, our scheduled guided hayrides to the nearby Fesko Dairy offer a deeper look into the life of a working dairy farm, where visitors can interact with farmers and learn about contemporary agricultural practices.
Our diverse programming at the campground lodge and barn is tailored to enrich your experience with nature and farming. Policies
Smoking
There is no smoking (Including e-cigaretts) in any of our buildings. Especially the barn! Inside the barn is very flamable items and it is highly dangerous for our animals and yourself when you smoke in our barn. Animals can be scared of certain smells and smoke can be one of them. Smoking is permitted outside away from crowds. Please be respectful of other peoples space and do not smoke near children or other guest.
Visiting the Animals
Please be respectful of our animals. They are animals and can bite, kick, ram, and many other things, especially if they feel threatened or pestered. Interacting with the animals is allowed with a staff member during chore times.Do not put your hands near their mouth at any time. They have teeth! If you feel that you or an animal is in danger at any time in the barn you should contact staff or the owners.
Pets
Only dogs are welcome, and they must have up-to-date vaccinations. Documentation of these vaccinations must be with you. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and you must clean up after them. If there is a noise complaint of barking or an act of aggression from your animal, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before your visit. On day 5 or less there is a 50% cancelation fee.
