Grumpy Bear takes pride in their property and tends to campers needs at all hours of the day. Sites will fit any size RV and come with a 20/30/50 amp with water and sewer!     All reservations cancelled within the allotted time frame will be charge a $10 cancellation fee.

    Any RV reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation 15 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reserved site(s) and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Any Tipi reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation 15 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reserved site(s) and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Any Cabin reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation 30 days or less to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reservation and no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Rules & regulations

    RV SITE RENTALS

    There is a 6 per maximum of each RV site. We will charge an additional $5 per day per person over 6 people. We allow 1-car per RV site. We do provide overflow parking if you have additional vehicles. 

    CABIN RENTALS

    These are camping cabins, 1 queen bed, bunk beds and a fold out sleeper sofa, they sleep up to 6 people, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. There are no bathrooms in the cabins. We have a brand new bath house with 6 individual all tiled bathrooms. The rates are $100 per night on river, $90 per night off river. We charge a one time cleaning fee of  $30. There is a one time pet fee of $25 per pet. The only thing you need are your personal items. Any cancellation 30 days prior to your reservation date will not receive a refund, no exceptions.

    TIPI RENTALS

    The tipis will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children comfortably. We have a limit of 6 people per tipi. Tipis do have electric, water spicket, fire ring with grate (for cooking) and picnic table. You will need to bring everything as if you were tent camping, except the tent.  Due to limited parking we only allow 1-car per tipi. We do provide overflow parking. 

    PETS

    All Pets must be on a leash at all times. No aggressive dogs will be allowed. You MUST clean up after your pets.

    CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

    Check in will be at 1:00 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out will be at 11:00 am. if you require a late check out you may make prior arrangements. We will try to accommodate any request. Please call 828-788-2095
